We are a small family owned barbecue food trailer. Our menu varies week by week. On Mondays and Tuesdays we are open for lunch and we rotate between selling smoked burgers, loaded barbecue nachos, tri-tip cheese steak sandwiches, and tri-tip tacos. On Fridays we offer authentic Texas style barbecue cooked on our home built offset smoker. We use a real wood fire to cook our brisket, pork spare ribs, homemade sausage, and pork shoulders low and slow. We offer meal plates as well as meat by the pound or half pound. I had high hopes for the food but the tri tips where not cook right should just pull apart was very rubbery and tough. And you could tast the liquid smock that was used it was way to much the fries where soggy and had no flavor
