Very disappointed,
The spot seems nice and I get what they’re going for, but it wasn’t kept well, a bit dingy and out dated. Staff was very nice, but we had a large family and several things were missed. We were unaware they’d missed said items because everything took a very long time. Everyone was served one at a time and it took another 10+ min for the next person to be served. By the time my second kid was served my wife was finished with her meal. 50 minutes pass and my last kid is served. They say mine will be up soon. Long story short they forgot the order all together. We waited over an hour and I had to rush off to work, so I didn’t get my meal. I’m sure it was difficult with so many orders (7 total) but the fact she knew I was waiting on mine and acknowledged it then forgot is what really upset me. Let alone that it took almost an hour for my full table to be served.
A cramped dingy diner lacking speed and the ability to remember an order doesn’t have much going for it. Would not recommend.

Always a great meal when we stop in here. Everything was delicious and fairly priced! The waitress even made my little girl a special pancake – shaped like Minnie Mouse! Super happy and will return in the future!

Very cute, very small.. food, service, atmosphere and price was quite nice.. Jake was an excellent host.. Omelette was kinda perfect tbh..

Certainly a very interesting place to be I was there just after they opened and service was great very accommodating friendly staff.
Took breakfast with home fries and sausage and sour dough toast was certainly worth it prices are very reasonable and it’s a great place to stop after I was there 2 local customers came in great service.
Will be happy to go back anytime I’m near by.

I tried Coddingtons restaurant again and I ordered 2 eggs over easy with wheat toast and 3 sausage links and homefries as usual the service is outstanding attentive and very happy to help. I enjoyed this breakfast very much the food arrived within 10 minutes and looked great and tasted awesome coffee on the side. I highly recommend Coddingtons on meadow. A+++..

First time patrons my sister and I. I had ham/egg/cheese toasted rye bread, #2 sandwich I’ve ever tasted, Great!! My sister had Over Easy Home Fries rye toast, said she wasn’t to fond of the taters but everything was Great. Very nice waitress and the restaurant was very clean. Decent prices also.

Once you have their home fries you’ll never be the same. Great place, small and inviting. Lovely staff. Seriously though, the home fries are amazing and is the reason why I travel 30+ minutes to eat here!
