Everything ive tried here is delicious! The bread is so good! The tofu is delicious, and the meat is very flavorfull. The portions are great for the price, and service is fast. They’re always busy, so expect a crowd.

Being from a city with tons of Vietnamese restaurants, let me tell you… Coda Bakery does it right every time I visit! The portions are generous, and everything is absolutely delicious. I was a bit skeptical of the prices at first, but they’re completely justified by the quality and quantity of the food. I always recommend this place to friends and family.

I will definitely be coming back!! The pork filled bun is a wildly delicious item that is packed in the crunchiest of puff pastries. The butter is there plus the pastry soaks up the amazing broth rendered from the pork filling. I had their beef lemongrass noodle meal and it was packed with fresh herbs, pickled daikon, carrots, lettuce, bean sprouts, were sitting on top of rice noodles and served up with a spicy citrusy fish sauce. A great and delicious deal for the price you pay. The grilled pork spring are nicely veggie packed and filled with meat. I finished everything off with a bottled Vietnamese coffee and two of their sesame buns. The coffee was a powerhouse of caffeine and flavor plus their sesame buns had a crispy shell and a tender crumbly filling of bean paste. I over indulged with this visit because everything looks amazing and was satisfyingly surprised by the taste. Try this place at least once and, if you enjoyed it, please come back and support this wonderful establishment.

Driving through town I decided to try this place. Happy I did. I tried the house made Tofu Bahn Mi sandwich, a Shrimp and Pork Roll with Peanut sauce and a Sesame Ball. I also bought a CheDau Trang (a rice dessert with a coconut sauce topping) and a Thai Tea out of the fridge. Everything was delicious. Did not disappoint. If you are in the area this is a must try.

The new location is substantially larger, well lit, and has ample safe parking! Their food continues to be of excellent quality, fresh daily and if you have the taste buds for it simply delicious. This place was rated best sandwich in New Mexico for a reason. Perfect Banh Mi. The spring rolls are also legendary. The only downside is how busy it gets, so it can be hard to grab a table. Many people order to-go. The shakes and tea are also great. The prices are very reasonable considering the portion and popularity.

Outstanding! We went at lunchtime and they were rocking busy…however the line moved very quickly. The crew was very efficient. We live 3 1/2hrs away and sought them out after seeing them on DDD. Glad we did, and we will certainly return.
