Hidden just off the beach, Coco’s is a great tiki bar open from 11-8 that serves virtually every beach cocktail you can imagine.

Food is OK, best to go with the basics, burger and fries. Grilled chicken sandwich is dry even though chicken was marinated. Fried shrimp not good, no crunch and tasteless. Fries are hot and good.

Very casual and a fun spot to relax and enjoy summertime fun.

We love Coco’s! For a place on the beach, the prices are incredible, food is good, & the seating is great too! Beach volleyball, showers to rinse off too. They’ve even added a shuttle golf cart to the boardwalk. Forgot how busy it is during a holiday weekend & waiting a good 45-60 mins for food from standing in line to waiting for food. Highly recommend anytime not during a holiday weekend to get your fair share of the atmosphere!

Just made the trek out here to drink. No food, although what other people were eating looked good. We were here 8 or 9 years ago, which was the last time we were on island. Back this time and we knew we had to go visit again.

Bartenders are outstanding.
Drinks are delicious and strong.
Location is perfect.

Paddled for two miles to get here. Such a great location and quite the quirky little bar with views looking out over the golf course and the beach.

We stopped here for lunch while going for a bike ride a long the beach. You order your food at the counter and then they call your name to pick it up.
It is not even peak season an it took a while to get our food. They cook one order at a time. So if you are towards the end of the line you maybe waiting some time before you get your food.
We got the peanut butter burger. It was pretty good. We had one out in AZ that had peanut butter, grape jelly and siriacha so we were reminiscing through their peanut butter burger. If you haven’t tried it they are pretty good. We had it with a saw dog. That was the recommendation of the cashier as that was less expensive than getting a side.
You can see the ocean from some of the seats. I personally was not comfortable sitting on the the stools at the high tops. That is a personal preference. I personally prefer a chair with a back. But it is a beach restaurant.
I didn’t give 5 stars for service because you are ordering, you are picking up your food and you are clearing your table.

Service depends who’s working. One girl didn’t acknowledge me for 2 mins even though I was right in front of her. Cheesesteak and mozzarella sticks were good. Fish sandwich definitely frozen, even though you are 50 feet from the ocean.

Love the location and the atmosphere! Super cute bar with lots of bold colors and decorations, right alongside a gulf course and on the beach. You have to go through a whole guest process to access the bar if you aren’t staying with the hotel… but we didn’t find it that big of a deal. It’s also quite a long walk from the parking lot, but that didn’t bother us either… Nice creative drink choices!

Delicious food and even better drinks! Make sure to park at Hilton Head Resort! Tell the gate attendant you’re going to Cocos on the beach and they will let you in. $5 to park and they will give you a $5 coupon for a drink. It’s a quarter mile walk over the boardwalk however it’s an easy walk. Can even take your drinks and food down to the beach!

A fun beach bar! We enjoyed a couple of nights sitting outside enjoying a few drinks. I did not eat there, but the menu looked like mostly fried food. The service at times was a little slow but the staff was very friendly.
