The service was great but the Steak fajitas wasn’t as good as I expected but still not bad I guess I have high standards when it comes to my steak fajitas lol. I will be coming back for a second round and this time I hope it meets my expectations lol.

If you’re ever in steelville, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. it’s not because of the food it’s because of the young man who works here and possibly the owner’s child. he’s a very rude young man and for that alone, this place will only get one star from me.

Okay food, bad order accuracy. Tried to overcharge. Customer service was lacking with the young man at the counter, the manager was friendlier but I ended up walking out with an order I didn’t want because I had driven through the pick up lane and was charged for, and received, something I didn’t ask for. When I went inside to find out why, I was informed that I must have called the other Coco’s Mexican restaurant. While I waited for the order I did want, they offered the bag of stuff I’d paid for (17$) to the Lady who had actually ordered it, since it was a duplicate. I spoke up, saying I had touched the to go boxes and she probably didn’t want the items. Then instead of getting a refund for the bag they almost gave away, I instead was told I needed to pay 15$ for the order I wanted. I asked why the total of what I did want and was willing to pay for couldn’t be deducted from the messed up order they mistakenly handed me. I was met with resistance and ended up walking out paying 25$ for only SOME of what I wanted!! I never got the beans I asked for and walked out with stuff I’m not going to even eat. As much as I liked what I did end up receiving, their customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

Came here with a party of 9. Yes that’s a big group. They didn’t welcome us. The waiter was a young rude kid who wouldn’t smile and very poor people skills. When I go to a restaurant I feel like built into the price of the food is service. So, if the service is good I don’t mind paying for pricey food. However this was not the case I ordered a chicken burrito. the description of this burrito said that it was a 10-in tortilla filled with chicken topped with cheese, red sauce, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. I asked for no lettuce tomato or sour cream I forgot to say no red sauce. When my burrito shows up it is covered in red sauce and the chicken is full of peppers and onions and all this other stuff that was not listed in the description of the burrito. So I said, I’m sorry I forgot to say no red sauce and he said well I can box set up for you and bring you something else. So to me this meant they were going to box it up let me keep it give me what I want and not charge me for the burrito. That was not the case I ended up spending $100 for three people to eat. and then I got told I was too picky that’s why I was charged for the burrito that I did not want. I will never come back to this place again very terrible experience. The food was decent the cooks in the back did a good job now if only the service crew could be as good as the cooks this restaurant would have potential.

Pretty disappointed in our latest visit. We frequent here quite often since it’s one of the few restaurants where I live. The food is usually ok. I ordered their sangria and it was terrible. When I finally was able to get the servers attention they told me they wouldn’t do anything about it because “that’s what wine tastes like and people that order wine should know how it tastes”. They also stated that “people that usually don’t like things don’t drink half of it”. Half was 4 sips. I was trying my best to stomach it down. I drink wine regularly and know what sangria tastes like. They took a dry red and I saw them pour fruit juice into the bottom. It tasted as though the juice had gone bad. Disgusting. They didn’t even try to stir it.
Their service generally isn’t the best and their prices keep increasing so this will be a no for me in the future. If you go there just get one of their watered down over priced margaritas.

The food was mediocre. My son’s, my husband’s, and my plate of food was priced $8.99, after eating it I would actually only pay about $6.00 for each plate. My daughter had shrimp which was big, so I would pay about $10 for her plate, which was actually $13.99. it wasn’t bad food, just not worth the price we paid. I could have paid about the same amount for more food, and a higher quality of product at Riviera Maya in Cuba or El Nopal in Sullivan! Other than that it was friendly service!!!

I gave it one star because the food was ok.
Customer service is the absolute worst!
My wife ordered a margarita same as me I am a heavy drinker so when they brought it out and all I could taste was cheap tequila I decided I’ll drink it. My wife sent hers back About 4min. Later the server stormed out her exact words “that margarita you ordered there’s nothing wrong with it So if you want it I’m still going to have to charge you for it.”.
Pro’s- Decent (not great) food!
Con’s- Customer service, Way over priced!

Stopped in here after a long day of kayaking. The service was excellent! The owners and Chef came to our table and chatted with us. They’re very friendly. The food is good with nice portions. We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I thought that we would give the restaurant a chance And see how their food was. My husband had nachos, I had a taco salad ,the nachos look like chips with dog food on top, the taco salad was good as you ate the cheese and the lettuce tomatoes and everything on top but then when you got to the meat it was nasty, we asked for salsa and chips and we got a tablespoon of salsa we ask for another Order of salsa we got another tablespoon we were not impressed with this place the pictures and everything on the wall of what they were serving look really good ,it wasn’t. We will never go there again. And we will never recommend it to anyone.

We went into the restaurant with an emotional support dog, 2 of the 5 of us were veterans. We were told we couldn’t sit inside by the owners son, so we were escorted to the pavilion. We were frustrated, and expressed it as such to the waiter (again, the owners son) and then the owner when she came out to ask what the problem was. We expressed our issue, she accused us of being racist. At no point was ANYTHING like that expressed. We then said we’d leave. Instead of simply being able to leave, the owner then called the police on us AS WE WERE LEAVING…we explained the situation to the police…he gave us a recommendation for a better restaurant , and sent us on our way. Never again will I ever step foot inside this sorry excuse of a restaurant.
