False advertisement on prices. Add 18% “service charge” I don’t care if you have high prices, it’s a hotel but getting bait and switch is annoying. What next? Rent charge? Food cost charge? I don’t want to know how you diffuse your profits and business I just want to have an accurate expectation of costs.
