Second time here and did not disappoint. Next to the beach with options where to sit from inside, bar, outside, even on the rooftop. Food always great no matter what we tried. Whenever we come back, we will always make a stop here.

Blessings to All and the most high. As we speak I am sitting in here waiting on a shot that wasn’t brought out chill with a lime. On top of that a can of beer was 4.75. Unbelievable!!!!!! Not the welcoming spot we use to come to as a young adult. Times have really changed.

A delicious dinner after a day at the beach . Walk up from the beach. Go to bar order food/drinks if you have a wait for a table. We sat at a cozy outdoor couch beside the bar that was open. Ocean view! Delicious shrimp and grits. We got wings and chicken & fries and grilled shrimp with a side of bbq sauce. So many drink selections. Can craft & full liquor bar. Comfy hammock chairs downstairs!

Loved the atmosphere and energy. Our service was less than what I expected, even though it was busy. We saw our waitress 3 times. Once after a very long wait to even get menus, then another long wait to order. We then waited and waited and caught another waitress, only to find out our food order was never put in. So had to wait even longer to get food. Then was served frozen crab dip. We paid our bill and left, we didn’t want to have to keep waiting anymore.

Surprisingly good for a touristy location against the beach. Great views but the food really was the best part. It was good enough that we went twice. We tried the mahi mahi BLT, shrimp po boy, shrimp nachos and shrimp salad over the two trips. All were fantastic.

We had a great time at Coconut Joe’s. Our server was really nice and the food was great. We had the seafood platter and the grouper was cooked perfectly. So often fried fish is over or under cooked, but not here. The drinks were really tasty as well.

Waited 15 minutes to be seated. We ordered drinks at the bar while we waited. The girl who was bartending had a snappy attitude. Once we were seated, we got waited on fairly quick. And unlike the bartender, our waitress was nice and attentive. We had fried pickles and we all ordered burgers. The food was good. Tasted great. Only problem is it took an hour to come out. They definitely need some help staff wise, in the kitchen and at the bar.

Coconut Joe’s was soooo yummy! We sat on the rooftop and the place had a great atmosphere! Both bartenders were awesome, very nice, and made delicious bevies. These island shrimp nachos were mouth watering. Highly recommend!

Great spot at IOP, we went during off season so no waiting for tables with a great view. Food was great and kids loved every bit “they are picky” I’d recommend coming a bit after lunch hours to get the full experience with the ocean view. 5* for simple yet exactly what we all need.
