We had to go experience this hot new restaurant!
They did a great job transforming the building from the old Taco Cabana to what it is now. The decorating is perfection!
We had to give the fajitas a shot. I didn’t try the beef but it looked good. The chicken was seasoned and cooked so deliciously!
The drinks were pretty good. The only thing I can say I wish were different was the table. We needed a bigger one. Not that it’s the restaurant’s fault… we ordered too much food!
It was a bigger bonus that we went on a special Grinch night! Super fun and cute!

Wow, I was really surprised at how good the food was! Super delish, excellent flavors and awesome service & atmosphere. We tried the warm chips and salsa with carne asada fries and they were a hit! The Mexican Orange Chicken was perfection and I loved the tumeric & cumin spices in the rice! Not overpowering at all but flavored well! Can’t wait to try more on the menu. Our waitress was friendly and super welcoming. Will definitely be back! Amazing job! ❤️

Food was amazing!!! Love the seafood enchiladas and elote!!!!!! Had the egg rolls for an appetizer. All was great! Service was top notch. We were acknowledged right away and food came out fresh, flavorful, and fairly quickly! Will most definitely be back!

First time eating here and this place surprised us in the best way. The vibe is great, comfortable, upbeat, and easy to enjoy.
We tried a couple sandwiches and they did not disappoint. Packed with fillings, nice flavor, and honestly pretty good. We also had the guacamole. Which was good.

The only thing we didn’t like, & I’m not gonna discredit the business for it, but I like a check or receipt presented to us when it’s it’s time to pay. My server presented her handheld POS device. I know there’s a lot of hands touching our food before it comes out, but I just think those devices are gross. It was covered in the grease film. Plus I had to scroll up and down to see if everything is correct. Sorry I just think it’s gross. i don’t like that. I like paper. Overall nice looking place and good food.

Let me tell you this place is on point. It hits all the Hispanic flavors. One of the best ones for me was the kettle chili. The very first spoonful I was taken back to my childhood and my aunt‘s house. It hits the very soul. The fajitas are excellent The quesadillas are awesome. I definitely recommend for anybody to come here and try all their dishes.

Truly a hot new spot in the Kemah area! Coconut Grove offers a great ambiance with its warm, low-light atmosphere and a joyful vibe throughout. I tried the seafood enchiladas, which were packed with flavor and topped with plenty of real crab. The ceviche and chips were fresh and perfectly seasoned.
For dessert, the Mexican Brookie was unbelievable, a mix of brownie, Oreo, and chocolate chip cookie topped with cinnamon vanilla ice cream. Easily one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Huge outdoor seating and friendly owners make this place a must-visit!

After waiting for the restaurant to open for months we were happy to give this place a try. The staff were all friendly. Service was just OK. The food was below average. Odd flavor profiles and by far the worst rib eye steak we have ever had anywhere. Really disappointed in our first and last experience here. There are far too many excellent restaurants in the area that know how to properly cook a steak. So disappointed…we really wanted to like this place. We only finished about half of our meal. Although we took home the leftovers we just threw them out when we got home. I really hope this place improves and is successful.

The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they put real love into their menu. The drinks were just as impressive, especially the cocktails… SO good!

Fantastic atmosphere….attentive and super friendly staff. Food was perfect! A fusion of Miami and Austin. I had the Hamburger Egg rolls and a Coffee shot made with Peanut Butter Tequila and Espresso. Yummy ! Will definitely be back
