We visited this location during our visit to the philadelphia outlet mall .We ordered mango smoothie. You select the drink.option , pay and wait for your order. Smoothie reparation takes around 2 to 5 minutes. You have the order number on receipt and wait for your order. This store had a huge selection of drinks to order.

I ordered the original milk tea with herbal jelly while my other friends got coffee milk tea with tapioca and brown sugar milk tea with herbal jelly. Price was definitely higher than other places I’ve drank bubble tea from. My drink after tax came up to be $7+ while other bubble tea franchises are around $5 – $6+/- with a better taste. Seems like this is the only bubble tea place opened in the food court at the outlet. For this price, I think it isn’t too worth it, but then again, if you really want bubble tea or fruit tea, you probably gonna end up with them. Maybe next time can try their fruit drinks. Their fruit drinks also look not bad, not sure about the taste now. This could be a place I go to if I really don’t want Starbucks coffee.

Good and strange experience. We did order two matcha bubble teas and a dragon fruit tea with jelly fruit. The dragon fruit tea was delicious, but We had to change one of the bubbles teas because it was bitter. They change it, and made it tasty. The staff is 10/10.

I normally do not take the time to leave reviews but I must say I ordered the green peanut butter smoothie and added protein. It’s sooooo good. Reminds me of a healthy strawberry/peanut butter uncrustable!! It also comes in a very nice cup and will help keep it cold in the warm summer months!

My first time visiting CoCoBear and happy that I did! The Brown Sugar Milk Tea was SO delish! It was not too sweet and the flavors were great together. Loved this bubble tea! Will definitely stop by again when visiting the Philadelphia Outlets.

I got a peach oolong tea and it wasn’t very good. They use canned fruit for the drinks. For what they charge, they should at least use fresh fruit. They also did not fill my drink all the way up. The drinks are also very watered down. I wouldn’t recommend this place until they start serving better quality drinks.

The service here was beautiful, everyone was so sweet and kind and nurturing, like the mother I never had. However, it seems like they scooped my bobo tea straight from the sewer pipe from the bathroom next door. Taro extremely watered down, taste like the leftovers from Hurricane Katrina. I just blew chunks all over my brand new Ford F-150. Now I have to stop at the car wash. Unbelievable.

We go the green smoothie thinking there healthy the ingredients said kale pineapple banana and honey . When we got them they where beyond sweet I asked the lady what is add they add liquid refined sugar sooooooo unhealthy. Thought we came to get a health smoothie. They don’t advertise or tell you add the cup of sugar they put in it . Stay away go somewhere healthy

I always get my usual…brown sugar milk tea with boba! But I like the fact that they are consistent with taste. I will get the courage 2 explore the menu, but my drink is good & the staff is great. The boba drink stores in Berks County could learn a few things from here.
