Feb 2026. Was in the area and came based on the reviews. Disappointed once we left.
1st… what we ordered does NOT appear on the menu on their website. My friend had a grilled chicken breast dish (see pics) and I had the picanha steak.
2nd… we arrived and were seated promptly (quite empty for 4pm on Sunday) , we opted NOT to order alcoholic drinks. Once that happened, wait staff appeared to ghost us. We had to call someone over just to order our dinner after waiting 30 min.
3rd… My steak was well underdone… came out rare, when I ordered it medium well. So… sent it back to be cooked. My steak came with 2 sides, one of which was plantains. Sorry… 3 tiny pieces shouldn’t count as a side (see pic).
Service did not match reviews. Food flavor was OK, though I’ve had better Cuban elsewhere.
Will I return? No, mostly because of the service, or lack thereof.

Absolutely incredible experience at Coco Mambo in Greenacres!
We stopped in on a whim and couldn’t believe this place isn’t packed yet. The food was amazing with authentic Cuban flavor, generous portions and everything came out fresh and beautifully plated. I ordered the croquettes and ropa vieja and my man had the filet mignon. Both were perfect.
Our server Laura was friendly, attentive and made great drink recommendations. The manager Frank checked on every table and truly made us feel welcome. You can tell they care about quality and customer experience.
The vibe is lively but comfortable, perfect for a date night or family dinner. Prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get.
Greenacres needed a spot like this. Highly recommend everyone check out Coco Mambo on Military Trail before it gets too popular.

I go on Sundays to the Karaoke from 5 to 9 pm . Great sound , beautiful set up, amazing food , The owner is one of a kind , his employees very sharp with everything. The audience just like in a concert. the karaoke technician , great vocals and performance, goes out his way to download my music leads , all this is precious to me and my friends,

The service, style / decorations inside the restaurant and the fancy plate designs were very elegant. The appetizers, food and drinks were all great. We were a party of 5 and we all enjoyed our food. We will definitely be back!!!

I had what might be the best ropa vieja in West Palm Beach, served hot and full of flavor. Fast service, great prices, and authentic Cuban food.
