Small restaurant with big, authentic flavor! You can tell it’s going to be good the moment you walk in, and the first bite of their chips and salsa confirms it. Ivón was amazing throughout our visit — you can truly see how much she loves what she does, and her service made the experience even better.
It was our first time here, but it definitely won’t be our last. Their tortillas are incredible, and every dish we tried had that real, homemade taste. We ordered the Huevos Divorciados con chilaquiles (Convo #4), and they were perfect.
If you stop by, make sure to try their café de olla — it’s one of the best in town!
Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time and again everything was great. The restaurant was quiet here this Saturday morning. Our server was friendly. Hubby had combo #3 and I had chicharrón. Both tasted very good, although the food was just warm, not hot. Still delicious. We will be back again
This is such a great find. The food is so delicious, and tastes like homemade, and the service is friendly and professional (and you can get a Spanish lesson on brekkie ). The TV was on but not blaring so it it a relatively quiet place to eat. This is our first time here but it will definitely not be the last. I think it’s our new favorite place for Mexican food.

Been wanting to try it for a couple weeks and it did not disappoint! Delicious breakfast and lunch. Staff is very, very kind and attentive. Salsas were spicy and just right. We tried the sandia and piña agua frescas and they were both very authentic! My son did not finish his tacos al carbon because they were huge! We will definitely be back to visit!

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Natalie the other day absolutely amazing and sweet. Today I stopped in to try this place out for the first time. Man am I glad they opened up right here. Talk about dynamite food! They had just come off their lunch crowd so I missed out on the gordita’s but was able to get me a torta which was packed full of flavor and hot off the grill. The green salsa was so delicious and the perfect amount of heat and spice. Today I meet her son Erik who was so excited to be assisting in his mom’s restaurant these are the type of people that make up a small business and why I love to support them. So now in our little strip center we’ve got a new restaurant for all the locals to enjoy. Thank you guys!!

This little Mexican restaurant is very cute! The owner, Natalie, came and introduced herself and said they own another restaurant for over 20 years. The food was delicious and I loved my cafe de olla! Come over Tuesday mornings for cafecito y chisme!

Cocina Morales is such a hidden gem! The food tastes homemade and authentic, and everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor. I recommend the quesadillas or a combo breakfast!! Also, I gotta have the cafe de olla it is so delicious!! The portions are generous, prices are very reasonable, and the tortillas are amazing.
The atmosphere feels cozy and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. If you’re craving real Mexican comfort food, this spot is definitely worth the visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They had me hooked at homemade tortillas which were so good. I love beef machacado so that’s what I tired and it was perfect. Good spicy flavorful sauces.

Excellent customer service provided by the young lady.
The tacos al carbon meat was extremely salty. It was marinated with pure salt. If you are sensitive to salt, I suggest not getting that plate. The sopa de fideos was not good at all.
The mole was a bit too sweet for my liking. I was not a fan of the rice nor the beans.
The only two things I enjoyed about that place were the flour tortillas and the watermelon water.

Love the food- Laura’s plate which gad huevos rancheros and tamales. Also ordered oatmeal and Mexican coffee. Staff is very inviting. I feel like pearland hasn’t had a good Mexican place like this in years- I’m a picky Mexican eater so judge Mexican food critically. Definitely will keep coming back. Place is a little small so limited seating but worth coming.
