I found this place looking for taco Tuesday. It wasn’t anything I thought it would be. I almost didn’t stop, But! I’m glad I did. These were some good tacos! I had one of each and so did my husband. Full of meat for $1 on Tuesday. I had to eat one in the car.

Wouldn’t believe, an out of the way hidden treasure, off the freeway on the northbound service road of IH35E. No frills, no nonsense taqueria. Taco Tuesday is awesome, $1.00 each, great value. Good food, good flavor, good service but just a little greasy, which is okay. Great salsas and condiments. Worth the trip! Nice selection of beverages. Store hours vary. Usually closes around 3pm but open till 6pm on Tuesday.

The first time I visited, the staff were exceptionally courteous and assisted us in selecting our tacos and food, which was extremely delicious. They even packaged them nicely. The meat was remarkably flavorful and juicy. We enjoy going every Tuesday for $1 tacos when possible.

This place was inside an old convenience store. I just wouldn’t know how the food was because the lady at the front register had to hold the card machine in place. It didn’t take tap, and you couldn’t insert card. I had to slide it through but she had to hold it in place and still wouldn’t work. Then she says there’s an ATM machine, yeah NO. Why am I going to pay to get money to pay for food when they have a raggedy machine. It might have been good, we’ll never know huh. Get the store updated.

Who ever put 5 stars is crazy. I went there with my coworkers and omg it was horrible. We order tamales and I opened it up and was looking for the meat it was all green sauce. As for the huaraches worse than horrible! No words can explain. We ate because we were starving and now my stomach is making noises Anyways I would rather stop at a qt and get a hot dog next time. Whoever owns this needs to get new cooks and actually taste good before serving!!!!! If it’s good I will write it and if it’s bad I will write!
