I was recommended this place. I went in and I explicitly said that I needed the burrito to be wrap so I can eat it while been on the car. So what is this supposed to be ? I said I need to eat on my car not on a pool of liquid grease. They were also very rude taking my order so I guess they did not wanted to make me happy they just wanted me out of there. I hope the person that took my order sees this and can sleep at night. NEVER COMING BACK.

Loved the food and the service. First time coming here, and it definitely was not a disappointment. The cheese dip doesn’t get thick when it cools down, which was AWESOME. Our waiter, can’t remember his name, was very good. The large margaritas I ordered was exactly that, LARGE.

We found Cocina Fuentes on the Internet and it sounded like a decent local Mexican restaurant for a late lunch. To start-the tortilla chips tasted a little stale-definitely not made fresh that day. Secondly-I specifically asked if the Chile Rellenos were made fresh and were crispy. The waiter said yes and that it was a good choice. When-my meal arrived-I could not even tell what it was ? The breading was vey thick and saturated heavily in oil. It was not crispy as suggested by the waiter and there was way too much breading. In fact it tasted like it was a frozen entree and not homemade. I pulled the breading off and the poblano pepper tasted like it was not fresh-and the cheese was not totally melted. The third strike was that the waiter was not attentive and we had to wait much too long to bring our bill and then another 10 minutes to swipe our card and bring it back to us. Three strikes and you are off our list of restaurants that we will return to. Worse yet is that we will most likely tell 10+ neighbors, friends and co-workers not to go to Cocina Fuentes-because of our below average meal and service.

If you order takeout, your order will be incorrect. I spent $100 on takeout for my family and over half my order was wrong. I went back in and they said they fixed it. I got home and one thing we ordered was still missing. I called and they couldn’t give me a refund. I had to go back in and pick up the item and missed eating dinner with my family. I also asked for an additional bag of chips because we ordered a large cheese dip, Mexican guacamole and of course the salsa and they told me that the chips were complementary and that I would have to buy more chips for the dips I purchased.

It’s been a very long time since last time. I remember it being very good. Hummm….1 out of 4 entrees was good. Cheese dip with jalapenos was sent back. Very thin with no consistency or taste. Replacement wasn’t much better. A tiny bit thicker but not worth the $9. The waiter was more interested and attentive to the party that came in after us. Would I go back? No. My usual location is consistent so….I’ll not return here.

I came here on a date with my girlfriend expecting a nice evening, but instead we had a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience due to our waiter, Sergio.
From the start, Sergio behaved in a completely inappropriate and disrespectful way toward my girlfriend. He commented on her appearance, telling her she was beautiful, then sat next to her at our table without permission. I told him to leave us alone, but he later returned, sat next to her again, and told her she “smelled good.”
I confronted him and told him to stop disrespecting my girlfriend. Another staff member intervened and informed me that Sergio was drunk. He was removed from our table, but as we were leaving, he continued acting like a creep and blew kisses at my girlfriend.
By this point, my girlfriend was extremely uncomfortable and began crying, and we felt we had no choice but to leave.
I later spoke with management, and the response was extremely disappointing. I was told that Sergio was only given a talking to, despite his behavior being completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
No guest should ever be treated this way. What should have been a pleasant date turned into a distressing experience, and management’s lack of serious action makes this even more concerning.

Stopped in for dinner around 7pm; 2 diners. We were welcomed and seated quickly. Our table was very unbalanced and wobbly but our server quickly suggested another table – much better and very appreciated. When opening the menu, it had just been cleaned and was still wet with cleaner – my personal preference is to have a dry tabletop and menu. There were quite a few patrons throughout and from the looks of the dining area floor… they’d been pretty busy as there was food under almost every table there. And while they were still busy, it took no time for them to bring out our delicious meal!!!
Food flavored well and with great portions. Their chicken soup is my favorite in the area and tonight didn’t disappoint. We also ordered the pollo mezquite; the chicken was tender and when added with the rice and pineapple in the tortillas…YUM!
Overall, while the dining area was needing some attention, the service was good and the food was delish.

I am so disappointed in the way they treated us after my coworker and I ordered our food. We had such a long day after working at the hospital for 15 hours and just wanted to stop and get something to eat. After we received our food, they continued to check others out and bag their meals but did not come to us. I had to walk to the register just to get checked out. As we waited on our checks to return, we watched them give other customers Togo plates and bag their meals. I went and got our Togo plates. Then when I asked for bags, he set them on the table and did not the bagging as they had done to the other customers. I had to ask for our checks back because they left them sitting on the register. We did not receive the same customer service as everyone else in the building and we were the only African Americans here. I am just disheartened by the service we received.
