Delicious food. Dough and sauce made fresh every day per the nice receptionist lady. The restaurant is clean and organized. Food never disappoints. Excellent customer service skills. The Manager here today is extremely humble, friendly, and respectful. He acknowledges his customers and asked if I needed anything. Other businesses need to take a tip from this restaurant. Delivery drivers are kind and ready to work. I’m usually an extremely picky person and I am a food critic. Therefore, CoCo Pizza of Springfield has my highest recommendation. I love the pizza, wings, celery, and carrots. Thank you for making my day easier. I did not have to cook and was able to just enjoy my food.

We probably should have written this review years ago but the friendly service and delicious food we’ve received from Cocco’s Pizza from day one has always been wonderful. We just expect it. So today when my husband picked up our pizza (half pepperoni/half steak) done to perfection, we weren’t surprised. The surprise was the phone call we received from Mike on our car phone telling us that George left his cane. Mike had his delivery driver drop it off at our home.

We have always enjoyed Coco’s pizza. Today there was a small mix up with our salad. It really was no problem as we received a taco salad instead of our turkey salad. Cocos called us to apologize then delivered our correct salad even though our order was picked up. Cheers to outstanding customer service done right!

My husband & I decided to try Detroit pizza after watching a video about it and was happy to find a local place who offered it. It’s delicious and the whole family loved it! We went back just recently for another one and the place was so busy but so friendly. Mike remembered that we came from Norwood and regardless of the wait, he made it worth it. Everyone there seemed polite and kind and were working so hard (not something you see as often nowadays). Thank you Mike and crew! We’ll definitely be back for more.

Ordered at 5:50. Delivery said between 6:10-6:20. 6:30 comes around and I call to check in said “we have it in the oven we got busy after the games, I promise it’ll be hot.” I asked for an ETA, got told “it’ll be to you in 20 minutes.” 40 minutes later still nothing, poor service. I understand getting busy, but call your orders and let them know.

I’ve tried so many times over the past year and for some reason they just can’t get it right. A basic “half pepperoni with NO OREGANO” is almost impossible. I have one slice that’s half the size of the whole pizza and one the size of a kids hand. Oregano all over the pizza, and lukewarm that we waited an hour for. I don’t mind waiting when you can still get a warm pizza. Yes I could have picked up but with 2 small kids it’s not always easiest. Last time i ordered they gave me the completely wrong order, driver apologized and said someone would call me and nobody did. I really used to love their pizza but I can’t even justify $20 for this.

We usually order from Cocco’s once a week and always enjoy it. The food is always hot and fresh (even with delivery). Delivery time is good, even on their busy nights. Mike and everybody working there do an awesome job.

This is the best GF pizza around!! It is cooked perfectly every time and the owner is so nice. So excited to see their new menu has lots of GF choices. Can’t wait to try them all!! You want great pizza and service? This is the Cocco’s to go to!
