Undercooked soup. I got a 16″ thin traditional for $25 which would be hard to under cook, but they managed to do it. Had to cook it in my oven. Total slop.

The worst, greasy, bad tasting pizza i ever had. We ordered on line and payed. It never came so we called and they said they did not get it so we ordered it again . An hour later it came as well did the first order. So they dont know how to run a business. And it was the worst. We thru all 6 of the 16 inch pizzas away. To discussing to eat.

Just had an AWFUL experience with the manager at the Poland Cocca’s. We ordered a tray of wings which were raw upon eating. We called the store asking for either a refund or new wings and the manager was unbelievably rude. She insisted she didn’t have an attitude, but was so rude when we were trying to be honest and just ask for our money back. She didn’t believe us when we said they were raw and insisted they couldn’t possibly be. Upon bringing the wings back to the store, she told us to call corporate. We asked for corporate’s number and she said it was just Boardman’s office which she still wouldn’t give us. The cook was also taking her side and refusing to believe us. I understand mistakes happen but we were nothing but calm and trying to get a refund for our raw wings. Several people ate them and could get sick off of them and the manager could care less. Very disappointed and upset that what could have been a simple human interaction turned into a spite-filled and ugly situation.

I went there 2 times as a door dasher and the first time the employees gave a free slice of pizza (it was soo good) the second time they were super friendly as well and they gave me a free cookie (was great) best employees ever

I feel like a fat lard after eating that. Too much sauce, too much cheese, so greasy. Sauce has good flavor but the pizza in general is just nasty. I tried it twice, no thank you. Makes me question if places like this even try their own food. It’s pizza, keep it simple. A little goes a long way.

This is our go to Friday dinner. The service and employees are friendly and phenomenal. This is probably my favorite crust in the area. The Cocoas in Poland is by far my favorite and will not go to any of the others. Had Boardman before and it was burnt.

We order pizza at least once a week I would say and this location was a fast favorite. The food is always good, the staff is so friendly and funny, a lot of the times when I walk in I get to join in on the laugh. Today I had ordered pizza online and went to get it and arrived a little too early and was waiting in my car, the girl brought it out and I could have cried because picking up food with toddlers is hard, literally the nicest thing anyone had done for me all day.
