My family order delivery last night . The lady Calli was super sweet . However living 10 minutes from this location I was totally impressed with the fact our food was extremely hot when delivered. Plus it was we bought the Grinders meatball they were make well and delicious. Thank you Cocoa’s.

I ordered online a 16 inch pizza with pepperoni, because their system messed up and they didn’t see the pepperoni, the response was, you can pay for another pizza. So, screw their customers basically. Well, we will never order with them again nor order catering for our business parties like we do. Have better customer service!!!

Ordered a Brier Hill pizza for delivery from Hubbard location. It arrived on time and was very hot. The crust was excellent, the sauce mediocre and the green pepper poor. Not worth the price.

Ordered from here on December 28th. I have never been more disappointed in a pizza. We received this masterpiece of unprofessionalism. Someone purposefully arranged the pepperoni slices to resemble a certain phallic shape.
Take the time to drive to the Girard location instead. Especially if you have kids!

Placed a order Thursday at the liberty location. When picking the order up watched a employee making food without gloves touch a mop bucket and mop. Take money at the register. Then proceed to make the pepperoni rolls without washing her hands. The roll I received was burned. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty Friday afternoon he did not seem to care. He reluctantly offered a replacement but was not at all worried about the food safety. This is not my first burned order at this location. Will never be back.

The food is always made accurately and tastes great. The Reuben Roll is delicious but doesn’t have much meat in it. If you are a pepperoni roll fan, make sure you pre buy them using their Black Cards during Black Friday.
The dining room on the side is used for parties. The carpet is covered in grease and last month we were there for a couple of parties and had to crack the door open because of a sewage smell. It was better when we picked up pizza last week but it was a problem for over a month… Hope they figured it out.

I order the same thing everytime. I request AND am charged $1.99 for extra cheese on my salad. I have to remind the order taker on the phone “please make sure they put extra cheese on my salad” if I don’t they won’t put it on (note I’m paying for it). My pizza was burnt on the bottom yesterday. Half the time i go in to pick up they are not very polite. Whenever drivers deliver they are great because they know i tip well. Get it together Liberty store!
