Ordered some beef brisket, mac n cheese, and corn on cob to go. The corn was actually really good. Mac n cheese was okay. The beef brisket was very dried out. It had good flavor to it, but almost tasted like beef jerkey because it was dry. If only it was fresh, it would be amazing.

Just ordered for the first time today a brisket platter and a half rack of ribs platter. The baked beans were amazing, the Mac and cheese also great. The brisket was melt in ur mouth and the ribs the same way. Corn cooked to perfection. Definitely going back again.

Updating my review. Had a bad experience prior but I suppose the business was new. Can’t vouch for the pulled pork BBQ (if they even offer it anymore) but the corn was better and the potato salad was pretty good. I might recommend a touch of mustard in the potato salad but to each their own.

I’m general, I was satisfied with my meal. I think they may be working out some kinks as they settle in though. The street corn was good, but pretty salty. I don’t mind that though, and generally liked the flavor. The brisket melt was tasty. The meat itself tastes good, and the butter on the bread kept it moist enough. Portion was a bit small for the price, but not awful IMO. I like eating local, so I’ll probably try it again.

The street corn, brisket mac&cheese, and chicken corn chowder were absolutely fantastic. The ribs however is what will keep me coming back! Great bark, meaty, tender, and a deep layers of flavor

The food is amazing and the portion sizes are awesome!!!! For the price of a platter, you get enough food for two meals!! I’m the worlds pickiest eater and I loved every part of my meal. The pulled pork and Mac and cheese were my favorites!! You won’t regret stopping in to see the Cob Father for lunch!! 10/10 🙂

Been here several times and I got to say, the pulled pork melt is my go to, also had the Street Corn as well as the Mac & Cheese and got to say all was good I even turned the wife on to the Brisket in which she enjoyed. We will be back also looking forward to when the Jersey corn is in season.

When you’re out and about and not in a hurry to be anywhere, how do you not pull in to a little food stand called Cobfathers??? I had just picked up dinner, so I opted for a couple of corn cobs. Will definitely be back to try their BBQ!

Have ordered from here a few times already, and it’s gotten better each time. The mac and cheese (especially covered with brisket or pulled pork) is delicious, and the wings are crispy and big.

I was drawn to this restaurant from the artwork outside that they have. I seen the menu and was sold , I had the small brisket Mac n Cheese, which was a nice portion for the price. It was absolutely amazing , I would give it 10 stars if I could. If you haven’t tried this place , please do !
