When you walk in it feels like the old school sandwich places which I love. It has just enough light inside, their tables are the old finished wood, love it.
The service is five stars! I was greeted immediately and my sandwich was brought to my table.
I ordered the pastrami on a sourdough roll. It was tasty. I just wish there was a little more meat and less of bread.
It was $17 for a small sandwich and small drink. Welcome to today’s prices.

I loved the vibe of this place. The staff was very helpful to me as a first time. The sandwich was delicious.
I wish the sandwich wasn’t $13+ but I guess that’s 2025. A bit cheaper would make this a regular lunch stop vs a once in a while thing.

The sandwiches were delicious, and the sourdough bread we had was fresh. We both got small sandwiches which were 8 inches. They have a salad bar there for you as well. We loved the little box that you can reach in and grab out chips. When we got there we were a little worried because it was totally empty. But as we sat there, people continuously came in and got sandwiches. The employees were super friendly and helpful. They also have fresh baked cookies, though we didn’t try one. They have little outdoor seating. Would definitely go back here again.

The sandwich was huge and it’s considered the small one. The picture doesn’t due it justice. The bread was really good and it was a well made sandwich. The atmosphere gives a very nostalgic vibe with hand made wooden tables and Pepsi cola stain glass lights.
All you can eat chips and salad bar is hard to beat. Great place!

Had the #15(Italian) on sourdough and half salad. Everything for the sandwich was fresh!! Flavorful meats in every bite. Portions may be something to consider if you like big sandwiches. This is a fresh quality sandwich shop.
Salad bar was a small salad bar but had the necessary items to make a salad.

Cobby’s has been in the valley for a long time. They have a hometown goodness to their food and atmosphere. Their sandwiches are fabulous, especially if you add the local sprouts ! Highly recommend!

I’m six months pregnant and have been on the hunt for a truly good hot pastrami sandwich for months. Everywhere I tried left me disappointed… until now. I’m genuinely so grateful to have finally found a spot that knows how to do hot pastrami right. The sandwich was perfect, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I’ll absolutely be coming back.

I stopped by Cobby’s while passing thru town and the food was fantastic. I usually don’t leave reviews but the food was too good not to. 10/10 recommend. I ordered the Turkey Avocado and had them add bacon. Truly an amazing sandwich.

Cobby’s Sandwich shop in Boise is a great place to eat! Me and my family actually ate there this past weekend and I have been meaning to do a review. First, we were met with great customer service by Gabriel & Kaylin. They were friendly and started on our order right away. My wife said that the French dip sandwich that she ordered was the best she has ever had. Mine and my son’s sandwiches were delicious as well. If you want great customer service, great sandwiches, and a nice atmosphere, Go to Cobby’s Sandwich Shop in Boise. Thanks again Gabriel and Kaylin, we will be back.

Ordered a Reuben with clam chowder, gluten free turkey avocado, and a kids meal. The Reuben was okay. The clam chowder came out of a microwave and was mostly cold. The gluten free bread was, as my wife put it, “something from 10 years ago”… Very crumbly. Service and staff were friendly. Overall not worth over $40.
