Lovely little restaurant in Greenwood. The food was excellent, especially the turkey burger and greens. The cobblers were off the chain!!! The owner said she could ship them anywhere in the US. There is also a backroom study and coffee area.

Her turkey burger was Heavenly! Amazing! Cook to order, a fat juice turkey patty with real sliced white cheddar cheese ,lettuce, pickel, tomato, and miracle whip is how I ordered my turkey burger. Delicious! For dessert, I had the blueberry cobbler! BOYAAHH! With the vanilla ice cream….What you need to do is make a date to visit Cobbler Mom ASAP! THANK YOU, Cobbler Mom, for your warm, loving, wonderful hospitality! -The Jackson’s

My family & I are in town visiting from the Phoenix area. We were in the Black Wall Street area & decided to get some food. I googled black owned restaurants & Cobbler Mom came up so we decided to try it! Me & my sisters were NOT disappointed! We ordered the beans & cornbread (vegetarian) & the beef tips with cabbage & cornbread. Couldn’t decide which cobbler to try so we ordered cherry and peach. Not only was the food AMAZING but so was the service! Ms Joyce is so friendly! She made us feel so welcome we didn’t want to leave! Definitely recommend this restaurant! If we ever visit Tulsa again, we will definitely come back!

Dropped in for an afternoon snack and picked up some of the peach cobbler (she was sold out of all the other varieties). Very delicious and tons of peaches and plenty for my husband and I to share. The cobbler mom and her shop should be on your list of places to visit, I’m definitely going back!

I had the beef tips and cabbage, great! Cabbage isn’t my favorite, but this was great, not soggy and with a very good spicy flavor. The beef tips were very tender and the cornbread was yummy. Tried out 4 types of cobbler, peach, blackberry, berry, and cherry. They are all very good, the juice is not thickened, except for the cherry. The peach had cinnamon. The crusts were light and also yummy. Stop by and try it, you won’t regret it

I love cobbler, and this is the best I ever had (including my Grandma’s). Cherry and Peach are my all time favs, but they were out of cherry, so I tried the mixed berry. It was great! Service was awesome since I purchased on the sidewalk during the Black Wall Street Rally and was allowed in to use the restroom. Awesome establishment….I’ll be back!

Me, my husband, and daughter visited the Cobbler Mom on a recent trip to Tulsa. We love trying new places and decided to visit the really cute place in the Greenwood district (Black Wall Street). The restaurant was small but very clean. There was a menu that had several types of cobblers listed and lunch items: beans and cornbread, beef tips and cabbage, and turkey burgers. Not a lot of choices but I picked this particular place because my husband loves sweets.

To our surprise the only item for lunch was the turkey burgers, so we all had turkey burgers. They were a little more than warm but not hot and they were a bit dry but had a good flavor. We were all given Fritos (I will never eat those), and there were no substitutes for the chips. Next was the peach cobbler and apple cobbler. I guess my expectations were too high, because the base for the cobbler was not thick, it was slightly thicker than the juice you get from can peaches.

The owner was pleasant, held a nice conversation with us, and was very accommodating. Brought food to the tables in takeout boxes (which was fine because I always get a box to go), she brought out bags, with the spoons inside, and paper towel roll for the table, so if you are a person who is COVID sensitive you cannot find a cleaner place.

Because this is a Black Owned business and we really enjoy supporting local businesses, we may consider trying again when we are in town. Perhaps this was just an off day for the establishment.
