Blister Bob and his little squeeze Betty Boop stayed at my cabin for a week while their triple wide was getting solar, and wanted me to come up and have pizza with them.
Well….there’s only one pizza joint worth visiting in Lake County, and that’s the Cobb Mountain Pizza Restaurant. Probably the best pizza for a hundred miles in any direction!

Seriously the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Also got some mozzarella sticks, and the cheese pull on both was AWESOME!! Went with my sisters and niece and I can’t wait to bring my husband for a date night!

Unfortunately, the pizza’s taste and consistency were comparable to a frozen pizza from a store, with the added issue of it being burnt. Many people advised against visiting, but we decided to reserve judgment and give it a try.

Cobb is a beautiful town with beautiful scenery. Don’t forget to get a bite of pizza from Brick and Oven Pizza and Pasta. Their pizza is super delicious with generous toppings. (You don’t even need to worry for an ice if you need for your drinks refer to photos just kidding).

It took over 1 hrs to get our food. My fries and been drop in the fryer for less then a minute. They were limp. The mozzarella sticks were frozen in the middle. The waitress was great.

It’s small and can fill up fast and sometimes the wait time for a pizza can get a little long, but it’s totally worth it. It’s a good place run by good people with good employees and good food.
