First time there. Service was great. Made you feel comfortable. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. Server’s took care of our needs. Wonderful interaction with the Server’s. Made you feel welcome. Food came in a timely manner. I’m wheelchair bound, and so was my friend. We’re very impressed. Can’t wait to go again.

We used to love Coats St. however the last couple of times we have not had good service, and the food was not the greatest. We thought we would give them one more chance so we ordered food ahead of time because we were short on time, and the call taker informed us we could not do that and they would have to wait until we arrived to cook our food. I asked how we could place an order to go, and she said if we were going to eat in the restaurant, we could not order food to go.

Like the all wood bar and tables, seats were comfortable and the place was clean. I ordered the meatball sub the roll was soft and toasted on the inside, the tomato sauce seemed fresh made, mozzarella fresh grated and plump juicy meatballs . Sub was delicious and fries nicely seasoned, I asked for parmesan cheese was suprising to receive shaved parmesan instead of the cheap grated cheese that most places carry. Will definitely like to try the rest of the menu.

This is my first time at this restaurant, and I was impressed with the food and service. I ordered the pretzel with beer cheese sauce appetizer. When the waiter brought it to my table, I couldn’t believe how huge it was. My main dish was patty melt with a baked potato. It was all so delicious. I couldn’t get over how beautiful the ceiling was.

It was exceptionally noisy. There was a huge group near our table. They were way too loud, to the point of Obnoxious. once he finished his meal, my husband walked out, due to their noise.
I believe they were over-served alcohol.
Anyway, our little Scottish waitress was lovely. The food was really good. I’d go back.
Obviously, I didn’t include the Obnoxious group in my rating. You’re going to run into people like that anywhere you go.

That’s what I heard while eating. You may be wondering what I’m talking about but it was a woman talking to another man a few tables away as he was reading a book after his dinner. She said I LOVE HIM 3 TIMES. SHE WAS TALKING about the author of the book. Its a good thing because her husband looked like he was about to throw his roll at her and hit the old man with a ham-steak. Probably would have been worth the money then.
Food was uh a lil better than hospital food and the atmosphere felt like I was at a funeral before it started with chattering.

This place never disappoints! The food is consistently delicious, the service is friendly and attentive, and the prices are very fair. The portion sizes are generous—perfect for leftovers the next day.
I personally love the hot beef sandwich and the grilled chicken salad. Both are packed with flavor and always hit the spot. This is hands down my favorite place to eat in town. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming atmosphere!
