Came here for breakfast with friends on New Year’s Day. Our server, Lisa, was great. She gave asked-for advice on the menu items, and she checked on us enough but not too often after the meal was delivered. The food — a pastry of the day (like a seriously deep quiche), blueberry-cream cheese stuffed challah French toast, pimento cheese and house made crackers with fruit — was all so delicious that I may go back for breakfast today! The noise level was somewhat quiet and parking was easy, but I suspect that was only because it was earlyish on New Year’s Day.

My Family is down from Wisconsin for a family vacation, and to celebrate my Daughter’s birthday, and she was given the opportunity to pick the restaurant for her special night. With all the places in the area, she landed on COASTAL, and I couldn’t be happier with her decision!
Now this place does it right! The property is beautiful and the branding is on point. Not to mention, they also have a boutique style store that is a step above the quality and designs you see at the touristy shops. From the moment we came in, we were greeted by kindness and a type of fun that guaranteed we were in for a great night. Here’s where Corey J comes into the picture…
We met Corey J shortly after arriving, and he is someone you will never forget! This man has a big personality, a genuine love for life, and he will go out of his way to make your experience great. He even ripped an amazing solo at the table to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, which made her day!
Our group had the steaks and the crab legs, and even though a few of the steak temperatures were slightly off, the whole family agreed that this was some of the best food we have had. There is no question if we will be back, and my Family looks forward to trying the breakfast menu.

The atmosphere is very chill and aesthetic. Lots of cute places within to dine. The food is amazing. Our server Dakota was attentive to our needs, professional and gave great menu suggestions. The restaurant encapsulates the whole feel of the south.

This place is absolutely beautiful! If you sit on the inside patio, it’s even better, the view and atmosphere are perfect. The pimento cheese and burrata were both amazing. I loved the shrimp and crab chowder—it was flavorful, a little spicy, and had large chunks of crab. So delicious and comforting!
I had the quinoa salad with chicken, which was fresh and tasty, and my girls had the blackened chicken pasta—they loved it! While the food wasn’t quite a full 5 for me, the environment, view, and service definitely are. Such a great, bougie-looking spot to enjoy with friends and sit near the beach!

Most memorable by far from the food and entertainment! The moment we walked in Corey was very welcoming. Our waitress was so awesome too. She was great at recommending the favorites on everything. Being gluten free the staff was very knowledgeable. Brittany the manager was amazing to make sure there was no cross contamination. Corey even sang happy birthday like he was on a stage. We will definitely be back!! This place is not just about great food and drinks. It makes you feel like you are one of the family. The sunset view is very beautiful too.

Absolutely loved the beautiful view and the ocean breeze when sitting on the patio. The service is fantastic and the staff is genuinely happy. You do get a true sense of southern hospitality when visiting this restaurant. Even though the restaurant can seat 1200 people, you are still treated like the only guest. The food is beautifully presented and prepared in a timely manner. The pricepoint is on par, maybe a little bit higher, compared to other seaside locations near by, but you get so much more when visiting this place.

I’m down visiting relatives and they have taken us here a few times and it’s always been good. It was surprisingly packed on a Thursday at 1:00 so we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table in the shade, but it was worth it for sure.
They have a small menu but plenty of good stuff and it’s always fresh and tasty. Our servers have always been friendly, even when they are swamped. This is definitely worth a stop.

This restaurant is stunning. Sitting on the beach, every seat has a great view. There was no wait for seating on Sunday morning. We ordered the Country Benedict, Daily Bake, and the Giant Cinnamon Roll. Everything was delicious. One of the best restaurants we tried in the area. The sausage gravy was so good, perfectly seasoned. The entire cinnamon roll tasted like the middle of your traditional cinnarolls. The staff was friendly, the music selection set the vibe, and you can’t beat being right on the beach for breakfast.

Simply amazing!! Snow Crab legs were awesome! Hubby had the bacon burger. Devry was a fantastic server. Would definitely go back!! Great atmosphere on the beach. Yellow tinted lighting keeps the bugs at bay, but doesn’t lend to good food pics. Trust me, you want to stop here!

Staff are super friendly…food is all really good and the views of the ocean just can’t be beat.
