I had another wonderful dining experience at the Hilton Tampa International Airport. The highlight of my visit was Chef Brian and his amazing staff — especially Brenda, who always provides exceptional service.
I was disappointed to learn that the Lightning Shrimp had been taken off the menu, but when I mentioned it, Chef Brian went above and beyond by recreating the dish just for me. It was every bit as incredible as I remembered, and I truly hope the Hilton considers bringing this signature item back so that all guests can enjoy it again.
For my main course, I ordered the steak with broccolini, which was cooked to absolute perfection, as always. Consistency, flavor, and attention to detail are what keep me coming back as a regular.
Kudos once again to Chef Brian, Brenda, and the entire team for making each visit feel special. Hilton is lucky to have such a talented and dedicated crew!

Coast kitchen was surprisingly amazing!
I was not expecting such a great steak from a hotel! The service we received from Brendalee was awesome! The cook deserves to be recognized as well! Best steak I’ve had in a very long time! We are visiting from California, but I totally recommend this place to locals and travelers!

My husband and I walked here from the Hampton Inn while visiting the area for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and service. When we first walked in, it does not look like your typical restaurant so we were a little worried, but Brenda was our server and she was really sweet and helpful. We never waited for drinks or anything. We ordered the tacos and we got the Tampa Shrimp and we also got the Hot seafood dip. Both of them were just amazing! The tacos were large and three were more than enough for the two of us. Then we had the hot seafood dip as well and it was really good. Full of flavor and plenty of seafood in it. You did not have to fish around for the seafood! I liked the toast points and my husband like the chips with it so we were both happy. The prices are very fair for what you get and everything was served in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back when we stay in the area.

I was not expecting this. We were going to go to a fancy restaurant on Tampa bay but we’re exhausted after a day of travel. This is not your typical hotel restaurant. We got the grouper piccata and it was amazing. Salmon was amazing, broccolini and asparagus are amazing. Pineapple habanero. Margarita. Perfect

Everything we tried was great.The avion park penne was amazing and so was the club sandwich. My favorite dish is blackend chicken with pasta and this is the best that I have ever had from a restaurant no salt needed. We also had the bowl with lobsters, mai hai and something else with pasta and the shrimp bowl was great. We had to complement the chef for the dishes. The sweet potato fries are awesome as well.We ate so fast.We didn’t have time to take a picture of anything.But the portions are great in size and they definitely give you enough meat in the dishes

I was pleasantly surprised how good this place was considering it’s located in the Hilton. Food was excellent. Mahi fish tacos were cooked perfectly. The key lime pie was also incredible. Brendalee gave us amazing service. Sweet and attentive. Will be back.

What an amazing experience at Coast Kitchen & Bar! Bri took great care of us as soon as we stepped through the door. Every entree we had was absolutely delicious. Don’t sleep on the True Tampa Cuban. It pairs beautifully with some sweet potato fries. Yum! Check out this spot inside the Hilton Garden Inn.

Manager Holly was amazing as was Christine our server. One of the people in our party asked about a food allergy which was handled by Christine. My friend did not mention another food restriction as it was not listed on the menu. The food came and it did indeed contain dairy. She just traded dishes with my wife everything was okay. Holly came out and apologized and offered to make the dish new without the dairy, my friend agreed and a new dish was served even though the mixup was no fault of the server or cook. Holly also offered a dessert, on the house to my wife. These ladies really went above and beyond. Did I mention the food was fantastic and the key lime pie was the best I’ve ever enjoyed!!

Coast has been my go-to lunch spot in Avion Park for two years now. It is truly a hidden gem, I eat here almost once a week. The menu is impressive and always has something I’m in the mood for. The food is very quality, fresh and most importantly delicious! They may have the best southwest salad with grilled chicken Ive ever had. The fish tacos are also spectacular. The staff is always welcoming, pleasant and attentive. Holly and Danele are absolute delights! 5 stars for Coast!
