Passing through, looking for lunch options that weren’t heavy or fast food. However, we didn’t expect service to be so slow here, despite other reviews citing the same issue. I waited 30 minutes for a tea, then 40 minutes after I ordered, the staff informed me they were out of chicken for the sandwich I ordered. They offered to sub the order or refund it. We observed many other patrons waiting more than 20 minutes for one drink. Staff said they were hit with a rush of online orders (which obviously take priority over patrons in the building).
Super bummed about making this choice for lunch.
If you come for the vibe and have zero timeline expectations, you may enjoy it. The decor is cute and stands out from other coffee cafes.

The service made the food taste bad. 37 minutes for one drink. After nearly an hour, we finally got our last sandwich. We were told that they were out of the meat for the sandwich and asked if we wanted to sub. A substitute was chosen only for us to receive a sandwich that was not even close to what we ordered. Delicious drinks and wraps! The atmosphere is just precious. Our only suggestion is for the crew to get off their phones! We got back up from our table to place an order for another item and all three of the girls were on their phones and didn’t notice us standing there until we cleared our throats and then they looked up. They were eating pizza and scrolling on their phones every minute they had.
