I write this review as I actively sit in the restaurant. Our waitress took over 15 minutes to come greet us…mind you the restaurant is basically empty. Then when she came she asked us what we wanted to drink BUT someone else had already brought us our drinks. The fries had no seasoning the mozzarella sticks were drenched in grease. The crab pizza tasted like the crab was old and the buffalo chicken pizza was greasy with buffalo sauce just sitting on the top! I will NEVER be back and I believe this location should hang in the towel

I recently had the pleasure of dining at **Coalfire Pizza**, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

The pizza was absolutely incredible—perfectly blistered crust with that signature coal-fired char, fresh toppings, and flavors that really stood out. Every bite was balanced, hot, and delicious. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into each pie.

What made the experience even better was the exceptional service. That asian manager, Natasha, was energetic, welcoming, and clearly passionate about making sure guests had a great time. Nathalie was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. They both went above and beyond to make us feel valued and comfortable.

Great food is important, but when you pair it with service that’s even better, it creates a memorable night out. I’ll definitely be coming back—and recommending it to friends!

UWU Coal Fire pizza! This beloved pizzaria is a national treasure and should be inducted into the pizza hall of fame. Just the name “Coal Fire” brings to mind the supple yet charred topology of these artisan-crafted pies, poising the taste buds to water in anticipation. Once one of these mythical slices enters your pie-hole, be prepared for a flavor-explosion unlike anything you’ve experienced before! The service borders on sub-millisecond attention to the customer, and the atmosphere is equivalent to what lines the walls of Valhalla on a delectable Saturday evening beneath a stary sky. In summation: a visit to this sanctuary of flavor is as close to heaven on Earth as you can get. Coal Fire Pizza is the Pinnacle of gnosh. The envy of significant others. The dragon of my dreams. It’s the best kept secret of the entire East Coast and even has given rise to saboteurs and bad actors (Chris) trying to besmirch the good and true name of Coal Fire Pizza! I love Coal Fire Pizza, and so should you!

Service was great, but theres much about this location that could improve. For one, its dingy. The walls are dirty and the paint/drywall is very damaged and half-hazardly wiped. The drink menus were completely frayed and falling apart, and the entire cocktail section was marked “not in season” with a labelmaker sticker across it. The water glass I had had old lettuce stuck inside of it. Also, the salad my mom got was served in a bowl with a large chip on the rim. The food wasn’t bad, but also wasn’t anything to write home about. My sandwich came with fries all of which were only about an inch or two big. I think this place has great potential as I really do like other Coal Fire locations, but this one needs some love.

Service was great, a little loud from the small bar they have around the corner. Pretty much interrupted everyone in the dining area.

Pizza wasn’t bad, hot and tasty.

The bolognese was actually great. Great flavor and plenty. Lots of ground beef too.

Where’s the Flavor?
We were craving a coal or wood burning oven pizza so why not try a place with coal in its name? Well the pizza and wings taste like when you have full fledge covid. Literally flavorless. I’ve been to places in my life where the food tasted like it was made with love, but this “tasted” like it was made with pure hate. It was so atrocious that I had to reheat leftovers from the fridge to taste something satisfying. I’ll gouge my eyes out before I ever eat here again.

There is the flavor!
We were craving a coal or wood burning oven pizza, so why not try a place with coal in its name? Well, the pizza and wings taste like when you have full-fledged clarity of the senses. Literally flavorful.
I’ve been to places in my life where the food tasted like it was made with effort, but this “tasted” like it was made with pure love. It was so exquisite that I had to toss out leftovers from the fridge because only this was satisfying.
I’ll gouge my eyes out if I can’t eat here again.

Food 7/10 some of the ingredients were deceiving once presented.
The in season Specalty cocktails I had the blackberry nail crush that was made to perfection
My guy had a with mushroom best thing was the crust, loaded potatoes & mozzarella definitely recommend. Quick hot sandwich for lunch options I would support as I had a ribeye cheesesteak with salad 6.5/10 added jalapeños while we ordered a side of which where definitely worth the grub portion, taste & cost.
Service in general was attentive &

Tried this place out a couple months ago. Prices were a little ridiculous, but with it being brick oven pizza instead of oven baked, I’m trying to justify it. The pizza I got was the margarita pizza. Speaking with 100% honesty, I was disappinted with the lack of toppings on it. It only had chopped basil on it and cheese with the additional toppings being insane prices, so I didn’t add anything extra. Cheese wasn’t even covering the whole pizza either, I had pretty big areas of just bread and sauce. I also thought the meatball appetizer was a little strange. The meatballs were almost like mush. Absolutely no chew to them they kind of just dissolved in your mouth, so I would not reccomend those. My buddy also got a white pizza with slices of tomato added to it and the tomatoes were really thick, not cooking well on the pizza like normal thin slices. One thing I will say is that the brick oven flavor is magnificent. Crunchy, and a great fire cooked flavor. One thing I do reccomend from this place is the mozzarella stick appetizer. They were obviously hand breaded and fried. The cheese stretch was unbeatable and the flavor was so savory and it had a very crunchy texture.

Coal Fire has the absolute best pizza! Believe it or notWe typically eat here at least four times a week. It really is that good. Their mozzarella sticks are to die for. They make the m at the restaurant. You’ve just got to try them! Their prices have gone up a bit since Covid. Prices are still decent though, it’s totally worth it!
