Ordered a kids meal ended up getting an adult meal, but the chicken strips were all very tiny and hard.. The mill ended up going to waste because it was not edible. I would recommend not ever getting the chicken strips.. that day, it was so incredibly busy so getting the waitresses attention was very difficult.

We stopped by to grab dinner before our holiday lights tour. Food was good. Our waitress was good. It was extremely loud in there, so conversation was difficult to hear.

We had a surprise party for a friend from out of town at Coaches Bar and Grill in Overland Park, and it turned out to be a great choice. They gave us the upstairs space, which worked perfectly for a group and made the whole thing feel more private and special. The service was consistently attentive and friendly, even with a big party to keep up with. The food was good across the board, exactly what you want from a bar and grill: dependable, tasty, and came out on time. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free place to host a get-together, and I would happily use it again for a group event.

The food looked good, but we only came to watch the game and have a few drinks.
The service was very good. The restaurant was clean. Seating allowed for a nice intimate conversation. Quite enough to be enjoyable. The atmosphere was dated but comfortable.

Not enough fries, they got rid of the best item on the menu I can’t believe they’ve done this, my day is ruined.
The reason atmosphere is 1 star is because my world came crashing down once I found out the fries were gone 🙁

First, our service was great. There was a funeral party at the front when we were there and we were seated towards the back, which was fine. The manager came up and explained what was going on which was unnecessary but very nice.
We shared the potato skins to start, which were perfectly sized and had great toppings.
I had the buffalo chicken wrap, which had great buffalo spice, but it was quite wet and made a mess so that it was difficult to eat without a fork and knife.
My friend had the chicken pot pie, which she said was great (and was recommended by the server). She said the crust was moist but crunchy and the filling was equally tasty.
We did have an ant on our table (I included a video), which I’m not sure where it came from, and there was only one that I saw, but I still thought it was a bit of a surprise to see.

Coach’s bar and grill has a roof top dining area that has a great atmosphere, great wait staff and a great ambiance, low lighting, quiet and has sports and weather on the many tv’s available to watch for an evening meal with friends and family 21 and over of course… The food was delicious. We had a storm rolling in so the lightening show while we waited and ate was great as well. Would recommend!

I ordered the CCO Burger just as it comes; nothing added and nothing left off. I received my burger with a slab of cream cheese and nothing else. My burger had 2 items to add cream cheese and grilled onions and you forgot the one that gives it most of the flavor. It taste like bread and paste. The burger doesn’t even have seasoning. If it hadn’t of been a pick up order and for being back at work now I’d get my money back.

Hands down the best sports bar food in KC. Coach’s has a wide variety of options, including all the bar food classics you would expect. The Buffalo chicken dip is outstanding and the Chicken Pecan salad is a family favorite. The sweet potato fries are a must! Coach’s has catered multiple parties for our family and the food and service was outstanding. Rooftop patio is the best setting for an outdoor happy hour in OP – multiple fire pits, full bar, TVs everywhere, and numerous tables. Run by a great family with great service!!! Highly recommend.
