Everything we had was delicious. We ordered the pickle chips and there were plenty of them. I had the bourbon burger. The sauce was so good. MyKaela was our server and she was very attentive and friendly. We will be back the next time we are in town

Great service from Harley! She was kind, patient, and friendly. She made sure we were well taken care of and checked on us regularly to make sure if we needed refills or anything else. We had our staff holiday party there on a Saturday night and Bre & Alayna were fabulous servers! Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks and the service was super! I would definitely go back for food and drinks with my family or another staff get together!

I accidentally dropped my necklace on the floor in a booth. I didnt immediately pick it up bc I was eating wings and had sauce all over my fingers. We finished up and left but before I realized I left my chain it was already closed. I called the next day and that manager I spoke with remembered me and the booth I sat in the night before. She said the necklace was found but no charm. I told her there’s no way. They were together right on the floor. The restaurant had 2 other customers scattered..no on in the booths around us. She said she would check the booth after customers occupying it left. She never called. I went there the next day and was told the same manager is working but stepped out. The hostess was the one that took my call the day prior and directed me to this manager and remembered me. She assured me she would make sure the manager called. I explained this necklace and charm has more sentimental value honoring my late father. I still have not heard back. There were 2 customers when I was there earlier. My next step is corporate if I dont get answers by tomorrow. Whatever employee turned in my chain kept the charm like finding a wallet and keeping its contents but turning the wallet in. Thats not how he/she found it. I think its ironic the manager knew exactly who I was when I called about my necklace. She said it was found but didnt say who found it and now that im pressing im not getting a response. This would be 2 days in a row I’ve called and physically went there and this elusive manager has not called back or provided any follow up. If need be police will be involved then if necessary civil action. Its crazy to think you can leave something of value at that place and the manager working and remembering the person the valuable belongs to won’t even respond or call back after multiple inquiries. I dont recommend at all

Stopped in here on a Monday night after work. The place was extremely slow, the waitresses weren’t exactly busy, because that I could’ve understood. Waited 15-20 minutes after ordering a soda that never came, but other tables were served milkshakes in this time. It was almost as if they didn’t want bothered with the business, our table was ignored. When we stopped another waitress to ask for the soda, she said she’d be back with that before also disappearing to the back. Very poor service. I will say Coaches food is good, just wouldn’t suggest this location if you’re looking to try it.

I had an amazing experience at Coaches Burger Bar thanks to our server, Sabrina. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome the entire time. Sabrina checked on us often without being overbearing and made sure everything came out just right. She had a great attitude, kept the drinks full, and really went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable. Excellent service like hers makes a huge difference—I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her again!
