My food was really good. I walked in and walked through the entire restaurant. Everyone stared at me. I walked to the back patio to be sat, which just walked past me didn’t say anything. Another girl came out there and told me I couldn’t sit out there. there was nobody out there. I asked why she said there’s a bunch of reservations OK so I sat inside. I ordered a drink. It was probably one of the worst bloody Mary I’ve ever had and she didn’t even offer to take it off my bill after I didn’t drink it I paid for it. I’m not gonna complain but as a good server, you should realize that I took one drink out of it and thought it was disgusting and then where I was sitting I was sitting next to the people rolling the silverware so I could just hear them talking about how miserable they were the whole time so I want to sit outside and enjoy my food and then as I was eating my appetizer another couple walked in and they did not have reservations and they asked them if they wanted to sit outside so I was like weird I just asked to do that and they said no and there’s two of them in one of me is it just because I’m not dressed super nice I was in sweatpants and a jacket. I don’t know but I did not feel welcomed. The food was good. It’s definitely worth going, but I would recommend takeout.

First, the staff is amazing. Very friendly. The food was okay. They added some mash potatoes to my plate of melted butter. The cod with the shrimp sauce was mediocre. My wife’s plate of beef medallions were great (according to her). Her strawberry lemon drop tasted like kool aid punch. Their water was good.

Absolutely the best steak and prime rib we have had. This place usually requires reservations because the do so much business. Today we got in without one because we were early enough. All of the staff here work hard but are super friendly and attentive to your needs. Drinks are refilled quickly and the food is exactly to order. Strongly recommend.

We have come here a few times, decided to come while we were visiting. We sat in the outdoor area it’s a nice area. The service was good. The food looked better than it tasted. Probably won’t be back. A person at our table had to send their steak back because it wasn’t cooked to what they asked for. The calamari steak was ok, tasted like it was imitation calamari. Chicken was a little dry. Presentation of the food was great. And again the service was really good.

Delicious yummy steak and affordable price. It comes with 3 sides. Cooked amazingly. Their chef knows what he is doing. Definitely will be back. I stop by on my way up north on 101. Great little bar pub style atmosphere. Go eat steak here

Intimate dining with tables, no booths, situated but completely separate between the kitchen and lounge. There is additional dining “outside” in the completely enclosed and heated tent structure.
The tent structure is fully framed with windows and is equipped with patio heaters keeping the dining area comfortably warm.
We had the BBQ ribs which phenomenal. The lunch included three large pork ribs, a small cup of baked beans and garlic toast. We also had a cup of their clam chowder which was okay but sadly. lacking in clam bits.
Overall this establishment is definitely a place designated for a return visit. The food was awesome and plentiful, the service was great and overall it was a pleasurable experience.
Overall, the restaurant was alot more than what we expected. Great.

We went here for Valentines day. The service was friendly and efficient. Our food took a little longer than I expected, and it was overcooked. It had good flavor, but it was dry and chewy.

The food was good and flavorful, could use more the 4 very thin slices on the french dip. The waitress was absolutely fantastic. She did an amazing job handling our table of 12 people. There with a club group. She was so attentive. Wish I remembered her name. Loved the Outside seating area. Beautiful! First place in Coos Bay, I went out to eat. Recommend

We usually have a wonderful time at the Coach House. However today we had a new older waitress that obviously did not want to be there and was very rude. There were only 2 other groups there in the entire place and yet she took almost 20 mins to come get our orders. The food took twice as long to be done and was cold. After my husband and daughter started enjoying their bread appetizer, I noticed there was a big spot of mold on the bottom of the bread. When we told the waitress she did not apologize or say anything, she just took the bowl. When we asked for a new bottle of wine to take home to enjoy at a later time they gave us a half empty bottle which we didnt realize until we got home.

Wow, the Coach House is an absolutely amazing restaurant/bar. The venue is super relaxed and casual, with its one unique decor touches, it makes for an awesome place to come to eat.
They have a bar side, with 5 lottery machines, t.v’s and a fully stocked bar. The other side is small, but fits everyone nicely, big enough for medium sized groups and families. They also have a nice outdoor fountain, with a view of the harbor.
The service here is also exceptional, our waitress was super nice and fast.
Okay, now the food here is amazing! Totally handcrafted with love, and super unique. They definitely take the time to use good ingredients. The bread and butter alone was amazing, we got cheese curds for an appetizer, which was so good! They use a really great batter. We also got the seafood platter, amazing, and I got the barbecue beef burger and fries which was also great. Oh and the Clam Chowder is a must try!
You have to try the Coach house if you are in North Bend!
