I tried out their central vietnamese dishes. Overall, the food is okay, not the best tasting bun bo hue or mi quang, but there are not many options anywhere, even in San Jose. The portion sizes are very large, and the food came out really quickly. The best part was probably the banh bot loc, which is a nice consistency. The bun bo hue also has a lot of the pork legs so if you’re into that, that’s a plus.

It’s a nice dig. Bang Beo is great. Bun Bo Hue is excellent. Mi Quang is delicious; it made reviews on local Sacto newspaper. $$ lunch and dinner.

it’s so-so… they didn’t have any customers but us at the time. the food taste like its been set aside for a while and didn’t have much flavor it them. I ordered a rice plate and my husband ordered pho.

Co Do has Mi Quang noodles which are very tasty and different from what you are used to. Good price too! Try them! They come with a bowl of Bun Bo Hue broth on the side. Excellent noodles, really.

Food was good. It was a little cold though. I always go here for Bún Bò Huế. It was their specialty back in the days. I guess I might have come here during one of their bad days. Their noodles were really good though! I always liked how its not so chewy, it just had the best texture to slide in your mouth!
