Excellent place for Vietnamese food especially the pho and vermicelli bowls. We’ve been here a few times for lunch and the food has been consistently very good. The crispy fried squid is highly recommended. The service is excellent, friendly and efficient. We like that they have a call button on the table when you want to summon a server. Lots of free parking in the lot out front.

One of my favourite go to Vietnamese restaurants on the north side. Huge portions, affordable prices and efficient, friendly servers. My Mom was visiting from out of town so I asked her what kind of food she wanted and she said Vietnamese. We decided to eat at Co Do Hue on a Friday night. I recommend making reservations as it was quite busy but we were seated within the 20 minutes the server quoted us. I ordered the four colour vermicelli bowl (grilled pork, spring rolls, shrimp on sugarcane and pork patty) and it came out quickly. My Mom and partner both ordered the special combos that come with wonton soup, spring rolls and your choice of proteins with rice or vermicelli. We all ooohed and ahhhed when the server brought the huge plates of food to our table. I’m never not satisfied when I eat here and happily recommend Co Do Hue to anyone who hasn’t tried it!

Great place for late lunch or dinner. Salad rolls (Number 2) were fresh, crunchy and tasty. Also always treat myself to Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk (Number 119). Restaurant not busy when I was there early afternoon but usually this place is packed .

Vietnamese restaurant that features many different dishes. Pho, vermicelli bowls, brocken rice, everything (except banh mi)! Prices are reasonable and food is good. I would definitely say it’s one of Edmonton’s best Vietnamese restaurants.

We came here for lunch on a Monday and it was quite crowded. We ordered a assorted beef noodle, a spicy beef and pork noodle, and a 5 item vermicelli. The portions here are quite large and the noodles were all tasty, especially the spicy noodle (34), bun bo hue. The spiciness reminds me of Thai food. The 5 items vermicelli include 3 grilled shrimps, pork patty, grilled pork chops, beef rolls and spring rolls! So much food but they were a bit overcooked. Overall experience was great!

In one here quite a lot. To my knowledge, Co Do Hue is a franchise and I went to the south one as well as the north side one. As someone with Vietnamese family members, my upbringing had lots of good Vietnamese food. I can tell you for a fact, Co Do Hue hits the mark for flavour and authenticity. Although the interior doesn’t scream modern, it is clean and even on a busy dinner night, I’m still getting adequate service. I’ve ordered quite a few different things here and I haven’t been disappointed in anything here.

This place is absolutely delicious! I love the variety of items on the menu, the food comes out very hot and each dish had amazing flavours! Each item is worth the price because of the quality and the size you receive. We ordered 6 spring rolls ($10.95), 4 chicken fresh salad rolls ($11.95), a five colour vermicelli bowl ($19.95), a medium rare beef brisket noodle soup ($15.95), and a special dried egg noodle ($15.95). The only con about this place were the seats. They were quite run down and a bunch of the fabric was ripped off. It’s also constantly busy so make a reservation if you can! Other than that, I highly recommend coming here if you’re in the area!
