Oh my gosh wha a gem!!!!! The lady who owns this place is beyond sweet and took her time explaining the menu. That alone will bring us back, but holy cow the food was phenomenal!! I’ve never tasted crispy chicken like this. Better than any chicken tenders or wings I’ve ever had! I got the garlic mild which was perfectly saucy and absolutely delicious!!! My husband got the Cajun and said it was light years better than wing stop. So glad we found our new chicken place!

Such a hidden gem! The chicken was absolutely delicious from the flavors to the textures. We ordered mild garlic, spicy garlic, and snow curry (onions on top), and we will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu! Love that they also have other classics like tteokboki and mandu (Korean dumplings). The cozy interior is just like chicken shops in Korea, and the owner is so sweet. Highly recommend swinging by for your Korean chicken fix!

My husband and I have lived in this area for over a few years and noticed this new restaurant while driving by. I had never had Korean fried chicken so I was really excited to try it. We ordered the honey garlic chicken and the sweet and spicy chicken. It was SO good. The woman who greeted us was very kind, friendly and helpful as we were deciding on what to get. The food was fresh made and HOT when we got it. Both flavors were so flavorful and the chicken was so crispy. We will be back!!

I’ve had plenty of Korean and American fried chicken. My quest is over!! I’ve found the best Fried Chicken so far. They don’t have a store front sign but right in the sleepy corner next to Einstein Bagels in Highlands Ranch corner of University & Highlands Ranch Parkway. CM Korean Fried Chicken. It will replace any regular fried chicken or Korean flavor.

Delicious!! This really takes me back to the fried chicken I had in Korea. It’s great to find a taste of home here in Colorado, and the employees are very welcoming which just adds to the fulfilling flavor. Don’t be put off by its little hole-in-the-wall appearance! You simply must give this place a try if you’re in the mood for Korean-styled fried chicken.

This is a very underrated restaurant. Although the restaurant is small, don’t let that fool you. The fried chicken is one of the best especially with their sauce but it does take a while. If you can wait 15 minutes, you get to eat some great food. Try it yourself!

This is the best Korean fried chicken I’ve had in the Denver area. We got the original and honey chicken to go, and even after the trip home, the breading stayed crispy, meat tender and juicy, and overall not greasy. Loved the satisfying crunch. The original has a little spicy heat to it and can’t be beat!
Got to try their garlic soy and curry sauces as well, and they were delicious. My favorite was dipping the original into curry. The pickled radish is a must to reset and excite the taste buds between pieces.
They do have a tiny dining area with a few small tables, but we opted to carry out. The person at the register was very sweet and welcoming, though!

We finally got a chance to try CM Chicken after we noticed a “Grand Opening” sign a few months back. The fried chicken is delicious! Our favorite is the Spicy Garlic and Soy Sauce flavors. The chicken is very crispy on the outside, with the meat still tender and juicy. The drumsticks are the best! The lady who runs the store is very sweet, making it an easy choice to recommend. Definitely give this place a try!

Ordered over 80 dollars in take out to have missing items and wrong food. With no sauce on the chicken or the wrong sauce. When I called to get a refund because I didn’t was to drive back 20 minutes, I received the mailbox is full. This is not a good way to run a business especially in this area where restaurants don’t last unless they are good.

I’ve been going to the DTC location, but Im really glad they have CM chicken in Highlands ranch.
Fried chicken was cooked just right and very crunchy with good amount of sauce on it.
Price is fair and big portions, they have lunch deals too!
You just need to know what you want and it is enough, or more than enough food for what you are paying.
Plus it’s all part of having fun and explore bu trying different special sauces and find what you like!
So Highly recommend it!
