Amazingly tasty pizza with super friendly staff! Great find! We’ve enjoyed pizza all over the world over 35+ yrs, Clyde’s Corner is among THE BEST!!! Gotta love the sourdough crust and the unusual offer of dipping sauce for your crust edge “bones”! Initial reaction was what, why, ugh weird but WTH let’s try it…and chimichurri dip is the tastiest addon to finishing off the delicious outer pizza crust! So good!
You order at counter then grab a table. On a Saturday nt, waiting in line to order we were asked by staff about seating preferences and had a bar table set aside for us and ready to sit after ordering, suhweet!
My wife had the Seasonal Veggie w/ smoked jalapeno pesto, which set it way above any other vegetarian pizza she’s had. They smoke the jalapenos there, fresh and delicious!
I went with the Seasonal Sausage with pepperoni added – no surprise, it was wicked tasty.
Rotating draft brews were a nice variety. I enjoyed the Sea’ N Red irish style red ale by Pelican Brewing, so smooth. My wife was surprised how good the Florida Seltzer (hard), prickly pear guava flavor was, with nearly complete natural ingredients (not the sugar, high fructose corn syrup crap addins). Also learned for their cocktails drinks they infuse some of the alcohol on site, creative and tasty.
Asked about Clyde the namesake doggie and learned he’s the owners 17+ yr old lab, how cool! His adorable mug is on the signage, glasses and merchandise.
Clyde’s “mom” / owner checked in on us and she was so very helpful w/ getting us a 2nd round of drinks – we had closed our tab when ordering at counter but best if you leave tab open when ordering, as you then can easily order additional drinks, items etc from your table. A nice chat with her, too, about their business and surviving thru covid and the 2020 fires.
Greg our waiter was also super friendly and helpful, service with a great touch of humor! And he offered great insight on the area, as we are considering fleeing AZ heat for Oregon.
Overall an amazing place to share drinks and awesome food with friends! Highly recommend this wonderful establishment – a great local story of succeeding thru an opening around covid and the horrible fires of 2020. There is nothing like supporting local businesses…

Very good pizza. I got the burnt end banh mi burger, very very good. I also was able to try their hot honey witch was also very good. The pizza is a little floppy and the crust more on the chewy side but the flavor was so good.

The outside seating is awesome. I had the pear, brie, and bacon pizza and the flavor combo was delicious. Service was a fast and they use a wood fired grill so the crust was crunchy. Definitely will be back again!

This place has delicious vegan pizza!! And their gluten free crust is THE best I have ever had outside of my kitchen. I have been several times and the staff all seem happy to be there and are friendly. The atmosphere gets loud inside but they have a nice outdoor option with gas fire and heat lamps for those wanting quieter ambiance.
The only compliant is that their salads are not on the same level as their pizza, so we usually order takeout so we can have good homemade salads before incredibly good pizza. ps. you can watch them throw pizzas in the air here if you want (which is always cool)!

This place is a gem!! The food was fantastic and it’s not your typical pizza joint. The flavor combinations were really different and the crust was perfect! (I don’t say that lightly, I’m from NJ.)Service was great, ample seating, and clean and down to earth ambiance. We’ll be back next time we’re in town!

Okay! Update again! (Sorry but things do change).
We’ve been back twice as of late and pizza was well done both times. Everything is back on par and I am hoping this trend stays the course. Delicious pizza & cocktails. My friend’s husband had a parm sandwich and said it was delicious as well. Keep up the great work.
Update: We haven’t been back in months. We were spending over $100 for two people a few times a month (2 pizzas, 2 cocktails and salad). The last two times we went the pizza was all crust. The last time my pizza was half undercooked and half burnt. We’ve switched to Ollie’s takeout- they have delicious, consistent pizza.
Brilliant establishment! This restaurant is fantastic: atmosphere, friendly efficient staff, most delicious pizza (by far) in the valley, and yummy cocktails too. Great vibe. Thankful this yummy place to go in southern Oregon!

The family and I stumbled upon this restaurant while on a road trip to Seattle, WA from Riverside, CA. We were tired and hungry. This place did not disappoint. It was delicious. We had a wood fried Pepperoni Pizza and Margherita Pizza. Both were so crispy and perfectly made. I was thoroughly impressed by their commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each pizza felt like it was prepared with care, bursting with natural flavors that only come from the freshest produce and top-notch ingredients. The staff was so helpful and attentive. One of the staff members came by our table to check on us. He asked if we’ve ever tried jalapeño honey with our pizza. We hadn’t, so he brought us a side of it. Game changer! I don’t think I will have pizza without it again! If you appreciate food that’s not only delicious but made with integrity, this place is a must-try!”

Clyde’s Corner has the best pizza around, to the point where I will go out of my way to get some. However, I was VERY disappointed to see that they took their soppressata pizza off their menu. Easily the best pizza on their menu and now it’s gone? So sad. I took the opportunity to try something new and we’ve since tried a couple other pizzas. I’m mixed on the bacon jam pizza. Flavors are fantastic but the jam is very sweet so I’m not sure it’s my new favorite just yet. Bahn mi was also good but for me personally, a bahn mi is just better as a sandwich. Margherita is great but can get boring. The prosciutto is also good, but it has too much arugula for me personally. Way to pick off at least.
We recently tried the burrata salad and were underwhelmed to say the least. $17 for a small serving of overly crunchy unripe peaches and mushy tomatoes? I’m a huge fan of burrata and of peaches but this salad was not it unfortunately.
The atmosphere is cool, seems like a hip and trendy spot that is almost always super busy. I’ve never had an issue with the service either. Overall I do really like this place and will continue to visit, as well as recommend it to others! I suppose it’s to be expected that I won’t love *everything* I try, even at the best of places, lol.

The pizza dough is my favorite kind, thinner but still soft. We got the margarita and the pear pizzas and they were both really good although I loved the pear. I would come back just to try the pear again but I want to try the others on the menu. There is a lot of outdoor seating and a fair amount of indoor seating. They were pretty busy but they get the food out to you fast and you order before you sit so there’s no waiting after you have finished your food. They have a great beer selection and the bar looked decent.
