My husband and I recently had dinner with friends at Clusters and Hops. I had been wanting to try them since they were located at their original location on North Monroe. We arrived and the server was friendly and very knowledgeable on the menu. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing however it did become very smoky while we were eating. The food was decent but in my opinion lacked flavor. Would come back for a drink.

We went to Clusters & Hops for date night. This was our first visit to their new location and they did not disappoint. The ambience was calming, inviting, and sophisticated. The decor was modern, creative, and natural. As there were potted plants and up-cycled wine crates decorated throughout. The service was exceptional, as the waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the Dover fish special, my husband had the grilled duck breast, and for dessert we had the amaretto mocha crème brûlée. The pictures don’t do it justice as mouthwatering as it looks, it was simply delicious and all well seasoned. We definitely will be coming back & highly recommend this gem to others 🙂

Atmosphere gets two stars because there was a visible haze from the kitchen. And we were sitting next to the kitchen. The rest of the restaurant was fine. Once they get better ventilation, they would be five stars all around.

Had dinner with two other couples and really enjoyed the experience. The service was top notch and the food excellent. Ambience was cozy and warm. My one observation – the cooking odors were overpowering. We all left smelling as if we had cooked the meals and our clothes had to be aired out and laundered to remove the cooking odors. I’m hoping it was a problem the one night with the kitchen exhaust fan, and next time will be better.

It is tricky to find. It’s small and cozy with a wine and cheese shop. I loved the Waygu beef sliders. The wine selection was very nice. Our server was helpful. We were disappointed that there are few salad and vegetables.

My wife and I, went a couple of years ago. It was an amazing experience. I’m from Tallahassee, lived most of my life. Finally one day I told her we’re going and check it out. Glad we did!!! Cozy,comfy and a exquisite menu. Of amazing food you won’t find anywhere else. Lovely…

Hands down the best meal I’ve had in Tallahassee. Presentation was beautiful, and the flavors and textures were amazing. Our server was also so helpful in our wine selections and made the experience even better. I’ve also come here before for a charcuterie board and there was a fun and diverse selection of cheese and meats. Can’t wait to come back!!!

So happy to find this place! Heard from coworker how good it was and upon entering the smell and ambiance was incredible. Great selection of wines and food menu is loaded with creative combinations. Ask about the specials as they did not disappoint. Even had a glass of wine with the owner Kent who explained it small family style business and explains the love you get on the plate.
