The chicken tenders were fresh and good. The fries were terrible. The dinner roll tasted a bit off. The gravy was fine in taste but should have been hotter. The service was five-star. The atmosphere had dusty walls and a yellow refrigerator inside of its door. The floor was clean The wait time was about 5 minutes but as mentioned the service was good.

I ordered a 4 piece meal. I picked cheese sticks for my side. I got two. The 4 pieces of tenders were just two cut in half. I’m very disappointed. I will never return. I should have read the reviews. At first I was wondering why no one else was eating here. No one in the drive through either.

Ordered 2- 7 piece tender meals and had to wait over 30 min for my order. Was not told that there would be a 30 min wait. CHICKEN HERE IS ALREADY OVERPRICED,. Definitely wouldnt have waited 30 min. Very unhappy.
Update: Was given the wrong order. Called back and was told manager was not there. Called next morning and also told manager was not there. The Seagoville location is awesome, but Kaufman location is the worst location I have ever visited.

The food was not good. The chicken was fresh but was poorly seasoned to say the least. Also, the roll tasted funny and the coke was flat. Even the coke was flat. The owner was very rude to me as well accusing me of being evil because I didn’t like the food.

The lady at drive-through was very nice. The chicken had an extremely bad smell, mashed patos tasted sour, sweat tea was spoiled. The lady at the counter agreed that the mashed patos were sour. Told me I would be refunded by the owner since I paid cash, but the owner said no. Then I said I’d go to the health department and he said tell Tony I said hi.

I get this at least once a week. Usually get 30 piece spicy and it’s always fresh. The owner and staff are super friendly and accommodating, I always call my order in so it’s ready when I get to the restaurant . Keep local businesses going and support this chain!
