Hands down some of the best food I’ve had in Colorado. The best burger in Colorado by far. We had the truffle burger, the patty melt, curly fries, Serrano fig wings, and homemade blue cheese. The food is so flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The components of all of the dishes work together so well. The couple that runs this truck are super nice and have serious talent and a passion for food. I highly recommend stopping by! One of my new go to spots!

I love these guys. Some of the best food in Lyons. They’ve got great brunch options with breakfast burritos, chicken and waffles, eggs benedict and more. All their burgers are legit too! Yes, it’s a food truck parked next to the distillery and gas station. But the owners are experienced professional chefs who know how to make good food. Everything is ready really quick, they use high quality ingredients, lots of interesting specials and it’s hard to believe it all comes out of their small food truck trailer. You will not regret going here! Everything I’ve eaten here has been fantastic. I also love that the owners give back to the local community. They donated a huge order of breakfast sandwiches to the firefighters fighting the wildfire recently. Amazing neighbors, great people and their food really hits the spot. I don’t write many reviews, but I felt like these guys need some extra love for all that they do.

Love it love it love it! We eat there at least once a week. Definitely OG Wednesday and usually once more. If you like hot, the Hot AF sauce is amazing! We live in Lyons and food options are expensive. It sucks. They are so reasonably priced (main reason we go so much) it’s so nice to have an affordable food option in town. Thank you thank you!!!!

I work here in Lyons and eat in this town frequently. With so little options here CNB is outstanding! It’s a business you will feel good spending your money at as ownership is beyond talented, down to earth, and honestly cool af. I would mention a few highlights on their menu but EVERYTHING they make is good! If you like great food and great service, this is your spot!

Hands down, one cannot go wrong with cluck’n’burger. Burgers are the absolute best and they make the burgers the way you like them. The vegetarian (woodie burger?)…well all the vegetarians I know love it. In fact, even the non-vegetarian types order it when they want a change. We go back time and again–you will too once you have their food. Oh, and did I say they are great people there?

If there is one place in Lyons to give a try it’s Cluck n Burger. Thoughtfully designed menu and dishes. So fresh, lots of local stuff. Everything is super good. Sliders, chicken salad, sliders, chicken wings, gourmet mushrooms, and my favorite brunch in town. Yum yum ❤️

CNB is amazing!
After they set up shop in Lyons, a few friends told us how great their food is, but we were really slow to go. We finally made it last month and are now officially regulars (perhaps too regular LOL; we have put on the “Cluck’n 10”). The menu is simple, hearty fast casual that is also highly creative. We’ve had their wings (with original hot sauce), veggie burger, and burger and they were all excellent, but my absolute favorite has been their (special only) chicken mole with green chile crema, cilantro, and candied jalapenos over tots. They are even kind enough to always toss it on a taco for me.
They are also extremely consistent and efficient which unfortunately isn’t terribly common in mountain towns. You can order online, and you get a notification when your order is ready. No surprise these wonderful peeps hail from the ATX!

Really great, quality food that was well-made with respect to the ingredients. We also were happy to find a gluten-free option that was delicious! We got 2 orders of the Chicken Salad with a side of beet chips. Highly recommend checking out!

TOURIST don’t bother. My parents are from out of state and not familiar with the food truck scene. Staff seemed annoyed w/ their questions. We didn’t give a phone number because we were 5 feet away and they just never called out the name (no one else even around).
Would have given 1 star, but the food quality saved them. Probably good drunk food for the distillery.
