I was amazed with the great hospitality guys provided to me. Among that, the food was fantastic!!!
I asked the burger of the month, the server said it is a bit spicy, and brought spicy sauce from the kitchen to try the spiciness, and I ate it with fries.
Burger was great – juicy and well prepared, not spicy at all, recommended medium rare, french fries was well seasoned and salted, done great too.
The manager and servers were very carrying, asking for preferences and how everything was, giving good recommendations and knowing their menu. Felt great haha!
The dessert I took to the room, the chocolate cheesecake, was wonderful as well!!!

Where do I start. Ordered with 2 different serves. One who couldn’t remember what we ordered. The other tried her hardest to rectify the ongoing issues. Took 25 minutes just to receive the drinks that were ordered as soon as we sat down. Then the salad received with kale that wasn’t broken down or massaged so that it wasn’t chewy. Changed that out for regular lettuce which they brought out naked without the topics. I assumed they wanted me to pick them off the kale and transfer to the romaine. But the steak, which came out cold was the biggest issue. It was cooked medium as I requested but had no warmth. So they brought another one out which was hot in temperature but cooked past well done. Manager comes over and her words after asking me what was wrong “well what do you want”. I started I wanted warm medium steak. She argues that it will be cold in the middle because it’s medium. Never have I had, cold medium steak. So in return, she brought me a reheat of what I had already sent back. Couldn’t eat it of course because now it’s chewy because of the reheat. We were given a $5 discount but with an attitude. Waste of $80.

My husband and I recently ate at The Clubhouse and we both enjoyed the delicious food! It was a great friendly atmosphere from the hostess Brooklyn to the Chef James!!! Everything I have ordered there has been top notch !

My mom and I stayed at Ross Bridge for one night. Ross Bridge is a little remote. We were looking for a steakhouse nearby. We decided to try the Clubhouse. Look no further!!!! This place is hands down delicious. We shared the shrimp and grits and the Ribeye. I will put both against our fine dining in Baldwin County, Alabama. Both had the best taste and cooked to perfection. We were completely satisfied.

I’ll start by saying even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all on a Friday night, there was a 40 minute wait. No big deal, went up to our room and came back down when they called us. The service was poor even with trying to manage how many parties were sat – everyone around us had issues with their food ranging from the kitchen just not making their items (they literally forgot someone’s salad) to things being overcooked. My mom ordered the chicken sandwich and I ordered the chicken wrap. I received COLD food, with chicken that resembled the frozen Tyson chicken fingers you can get from Walmart. A hotel THIS nice shouldn’t be serving cafeteria quality food for $17. Our server was nice but clearly this place has issues with food coming out wrong and late and the quality being so bad. Don’t eat here.

The Clubhouse provided a regrettable experience, the only positive of which was the entertainment value of its awfulness.
There was no one at the host stand to greet us, and no one seemed interested in speaking with us when we asked if it was self-seating or not. Once sat, the waters came quickly, but our drink order did not. We overheard the server ask the bartender if he was working on the drinks, after which he complained about her ability to ring in drink orders. After the issue was corrected, we waited 20 minutes more for the drinks. When we received three drinks for two people, we understood the issues were deeper than two people with a disagreement about the system. We were in fact charged for three drinks, at three different price points. The food is definitely overshadowed by Brock’s, the other full-service restaurant at the hotel. The chairs were made from some stretchy, sticky imitation leather, which made them a true pain to maneuver in and out of. Clubhouse is definitely not the ideal place to spend an evening.

The Clubhouse is awesome great food and service. Trent the bartender was awesome, had great suggestions and good drinks. We went close to the end of the night so it was very relaxed and chill.

If you plan on eating here you need to inquire ahead if they have sufficient staff to serve you.. I went down to get a table for drinks and dinner.. there was no line and several empty tables in the restaurant, but the hostess told me I would have to wait 45 minutes as they were short on kitchen staff. I asked if we could have drinks at a table and was told only if I got them myself from the bar..
So we went to the lobby bar…
In conclusion if you’re staying at the hotel and plan to eat here, I’d call ahead and make sure they have sufficient staff on hand to offer you service..

The hotel room was very clean. The front desk was very nice and helpful. So if you’re not looking for a nice dining in experience, it’s a great place.
Brock’s is their restaurant that serves breakfast and unfortunately the only one that we were served. We tried The Clubhouse restaurant. After 20 minutes of sitting at The Clubhouse and watching another couple that came in after us get served before us we decided to leave for the second night in a row. It’s unfortunate since my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and honestly all I wanted to do was have dinner at the hotel and lounge.
Somerville at the front desk was very apologetic about everything. Even comped our tab at the bar, even though it was one drink, it was the thought that counted.
