First time here. Atmosphere was cool, service was great but the fish was just ok. All the reviews I had read said how big the portions were. We got a double order of perch and it was the size of most single orders at most fish fries. I will say the homemade coleslaw was amazing!

Waited approx 55 minutes for takeout. No one(owner,server,bartender) said a word about the wait beforehand. And it was not busy at all. Talked to Steve(owner) on way out and he was not the least bit concerned.

One place we like to go to (until now) is Club Tavern in Menasha. Good food, decent prices and a nice selection of beer. We had a party of 6 there yesterday at 4pm for drinks and food. Pretty sure all of our bills came to about $150. Well Mary ordered a pint of Stella which is her go to beer when available. She thought the taste was off so we asked the bartender to give Mary a bottle of Bud Lite instead. When it came time to pay the bill I asked the bartender if he charged us for the Stella. He said of course cuz you ordered it and then didn’t want it. He also said the Stella tasted fine to him. Someone in our group had a BIG problem with us being charged for that beer. It got to the point where the bartender actually said “if you don’t like it don’t come back”.
