Driver fails to maintain lane about took out another semi 75 south bound right outside exit 201 , I finally could get around him You can see he was in other lane in picture. There was a red semi that had to let off gas or his front end would have been gone.

My original appointment was for Saturday at 9 a.m. I had mechanical issues and I stayed updated immediately with them. They said they would receive it at 1500 on Sunday. I got here at 1500 on Sunday and they said they would not unload me until 600 Monday.

When you pull in don’t be so quick to go all the way in to check in because if there’s trucks in there it’s hard to turn around stop before and walk up, also to unload took over 5 hrs but the guy inside was cool ! (That’s my experience tho)

Arrived at 0630 for a 0700 appointment. By 0830 I questioned the recieving office about what was taking so long to be unloaded. Was told it’ll be just a few moments. By 1030 I questioned them again only to be told we forgot about you? Messed up my whole day, the people were nice, but the service is some of the worse I’ve seen in a long time. Then to add insult to injury I was parked directly in front of the recieving office the whole entire time, trying to figure out why wasn’t I noticed? It’s now 1230 I finally got a door but still has not even been touched. And to make things even more crazier, the Convenant Driver backed in a door a hour after me and he already have left? I just don’t understand how this could happen?

Turn where it says castelinni. We arrived at 7:20 we left at 12:42. We would have probably sat there longer but when we questioned our company about detention pay within 20 mins they brought our paperwork for us to leave. Driver that arrived before us was still sitting there when we left. They were friendly except for the person who brought our paperwork. Was an easy backing. Would have given 5 stars but the wait is ridiculous.

People are rude. Lady with the gold tooth in her mouth is extremely rude … don’t know if she’s a lead or not but i hope not. Slight ghetto. No set break times. No set off times. All around .. It’s a huge no for me. Don’t work here.. it’s not worth it….
