OUSTANDING!!! Dining hall and bar are super fun and vintage. Food was incredible. I had the Waygu and my husband had the scallops. Both cooked to perfection. Service was top notch. They don’t do reservations on Fridays and Saturdays and we were there at 4:15 pm on a Friday in February. Seated immediately and served promptly.

My friend and I are traveling the state of Wisconsin, touring supper clubs, and Club Chalet was on our list. We were very excited to try this gem, hidden along Lake Michigan, and we very pleased to see the restaurant decorated for Christmas and service at the bar waiting area was quick and friendly. We waited a little over an hour, as there were several groups waiitng before us, and we’re seated promptly after our order was taken in the waiting area. We were seated at our table and our salad plates were waiting, and their salad bar is very fresh and appealing, however you only receive the one plate, which disuades a second visit for prepared salads and cheese spreads. My crock of delicious French onion soup was delivered shortly after, and then the best and yet most disappointing part of our visit, the entrees, porterhouse and Waygu prime rib were delivered. Upon the drop off our waitress noticed one key error, the porterhouse had blue cheese crumble topping, which my guest did not order. This resulted in me having to eat my prime rib before it became cold, and my guest getting her correct steak about 15 minutes later, when I was nearly done eating. Both steaks were cooked to perfection, and I highly recommend the pairing of the garlic butter when ordering the steak, it adds such luxurious flavors that can’t be described. While my waitress was very apologetic about the order mishap, she admitted that another server had entered her order while she dealt with one of the larger parties ahead of us. Very sad to hear that missattention from our sole server cause this delay in enjoying our meal together. That aside, service was outstanding and it is a very unique experience as far as the interior design, and it was very elegantly decorated for Christmas. One thing my guest and I did take note of is that it is very loud. One of the larger parties seated next to us had a guest that was very intoxicated and having a very inappropriate dinner conversation that all in the dining room could hear, to the point that his wife finally told him to shut up….. that and the fact of the order mishap would be the only downfalls of our first, yet never final trip to this beautiful example of a unique Wisconsin Supper Club…. and yes, the waygu prime rib makes it worth the hour wait!!!

This is an excellent representation of a supper club. We received great service and had a good time. The Lobster Bisque was fishy flavored but loved the Lobster Ravioli. The waygu prime rib had a small cap and was super soft, but to a point that it was not preferred. Worse, the crust was so tough that the steak knife couldn’t cut it. Will definitely be back, but will choose other food items.

Absolutely amazing and authentic Wisconsin supper club experience. From the Brandy Slush samples to the perfect Old Fashions and friendly faces at the bar to the funniest server, David. The Wagyu Prime Rib was the most tender beef in the universe. Flavor through the roof. Highly recommend for quality of food, flavor and experience.

Wow just wow This place was amazing… Probably best salad bar I’ve ever seen! A small place service was great food was excellent! Did I say the salad bar was great yet? I had the tomahawk pork chop which was out of this world Ill be dreaming of this for months! Wife had the walleye which was excellent also! Probably one of the best supper clubs I’ve been to!

I want to preface this review with the fact that the food was delicious but to spend 200+ dollars on this experience on my husbands birthday night was extremely disheartening and disappointing. We arrived as a five person group. We had two children. We aren’t native to Wisconsin so frankly we are a little inexperienced in the way of supper clubs. We instantly felt unwelcome when another patron said “oh wow the kids corner” and pointed us out. But, when I say my children barely made a peep, even they stunned me. They were by far quieter than the average patron having a drink at their table. So they weren’t the problem. Here’s the problem. The waitress took our order about 40 mins in (no biggie we can wait, it’s expected) and instantly I felt as if the last thing she wanted to do was serve us. Perhaps expecting a table tantrum, I don’t know. But it’s just the vibe we got as we gave our order. About ten minutes later she told us to sit at our table number. After sitting for a while our server came up stating the soups would be right out and quickly turned away. I stopped her. “Do we (indicating my husband and I) just go up for our salads?” She looks a little confused then responds “oh I forgot since most tables everyone orders salad bar I didn’t bring you any” Okay, no biggie, I guess, fiveish minutes later we received our salad plates. My husband goes up for his salad while I mind the kids, who are literally whispering to be respectful. I go up next. When I sit down, we realize our table never received silverware nor water. So we sat for about 5-10 minutes hoping to catch our sever who was no where to be seen. Finally she stops by to check on drinks and I mention, we have nothing to eat with. Then she exclaims “oh my. I never set your table.” So we finally get to eating salad a few minutes later and my father in law finally has some water to drink. We also noticed during this time several four tops were sat after us. Every single one received their soups before us. And were finished, by the time our (three) soups were served. We brushed off at least one annoying fly, but whatever what can you do about one fly? Nothing. We are still making the most of it. 15 minutes later, we notice a lady bug friend walking around in the butter just as the food arrives. My son happily says “we found a lady bug!” And points out the LITERAL bug crawling on our table and the waitress laughs and continues serving our food, then leaves. My husband removed the bug himself. The worst part about all this? We were this waitresses only table in the dining room (or at least we never saw her serve anyone else). Anyways, we tipped 20% because we aren’t jerks and it’s the holidays. But do I think this meal deserved my $200 dollars. Absolutely not. Do I think the owner should respond like they’ve responded to a bunch of other negative reviews, absolutely. We 100% understand the supper club experience is unique and requires patience; to which we gave the waitress nothing but our utmost respect without complaint and frankly our children did too. Anyways do with this review what you will.

Long wait for the table but absolutely worth it. Impeccable salad bar. All the food was really well prepared from hand cut fries to the fish fry to the bread service. Everything was outstanding. Service good as well. Be prepared to wait if you go on a day they don’t have reservations.

This place was rocking! The bartenders were fantastic. Very attentive and friendly. Worth the wait for dinner. We had Waygu ribeye, Prime Rib and tenderloin and sautéed shrimp combo. Steaks are exceptional. Salad bar well kept and abundantly stocked for late in the evening. This wil now become one of our go to places to visit. Attention to detail on the plate shows with every meal! Nicely done. We will be back.

First time at Club Chalet and I have to say I’m mad I haven’t come here sooner!!! The Wagyu Ribeye is beyond AMAZING! I got it medium rare with the chefs special seasoning and garlic herb butter! When I tell you this steak melted in my mouth and was sooooo tender and buttery….. I will definitely be coming back! If you have never been you need to come!! The seafood platter and homemade soups are flavorful too!! Highly recommend the loaded baked potato or the in house made hashbrowns with cheese! I haven’t tried everything, but I feel like anything you order here would be amazing! Get there early if you want to eat earlier otherwise go around 7:30-8pm have a few cocktails at the bar with Brenda the bartender, she makes great old fashions! Either way it’s a smaller dining area but the FOOD is totally worth the wait!!

Amazing service. Barb, our server is the best! The bartender Mandy makes the best drinks! Salad bar is yummy. The blackened and seared prime rib is amazing and no going back to regular old prime rib. We always feel so welcome. Can’t say enough that this is one of our favorite Green Bay supper clubs!!!❤️
