For the amount spent to get the exclusive “club food” is disgusting, i have had eaten the prime rib 4 times the first time was ok second was dry and severely underseasoned was very chewy. (Beef Jerky in less chewy) 3rd time it was somewhat edible. This last time I asked for med rare it was super rare and no seasoning made my stomach hurt and my wife’s as well. If you can do a prime rib right don’t cook it! The rest of the food is just poor and a tv dinner tastes better. All I can say is for the people that prepay thousands and thousands of bucks to be rewarded with a exclusive club step it up and make the food better! Find more things besides fish pork loin and other crap the buffet is the same as well they all are cooked by the same people. The rolls are nore along the lines of a hockey puck and could break your teeth or knock someone out!! All I can say is there is no pride for the kitchen staff at all take some damn pride and recognize that the ones who do eat there are paying your wages!

Pretty decent brunch buffet. Sausage patties and links are nice and spiced and definite hangover killers. Good Bloody Mary, even if it’s just cheap vod and Zing Zang. Pictured was pretty good blintzes and strawberry sauce, toast and chicken noodle soup. Yogurt and granola in the back.

Always runs out of advertised dinner menu by 6 pm and substitutes something cheaper. Quality of main entrees is subpar at best. The people working the line are VERY rude if you ask anything. And constantly runs out of silverware. So you stand there 5 min waiting while your lukewarm food gets even colder.
The minute its closing time they start pulling all the food. So if it’s open until 7:30 they should keep the food up at least 15 min. Nope. At 7:30 it’s always pulled.
For all the money you have to spend to qualify to eat here it’s a joke. Golden Corral has better quality food.

You’re lucky if you come in and they are serving something other than pork loin and fish. The breakfast is worse. They never serve bacon like ever. It’s the same thing pretty much every time you would think this casino was broke. Before COVID their breakfast was superb. It’s very sad…

Food somehow became equivalent to a grade school lunch cafeteria. Food is bland, selection is repetitive, no dinner roll or sliced bread is provided, and overall disappointing. Yes, it is free. But you would think with the amount of money you spend to get the “free” meal, it would at least be somewhat satisfying. Getting rid of the posted online menu was also a horrible idea. You don’t know what food is available until you arrive. Don’t be fooled by the unadvertised “prime rib” or “crab legs” night either. The cut of meat is paper thin, and the 1 bucket of crab legs they allow is not worth your time.
I suggest going across to Amerisports Bar and paying for a decent meal.

They won’t let you eat here if you don’t have a high enough players card- which if you’re only staying at the hotel a normal human being couldn’t get in one night. They wouldn’t let me buy food and there’s nowhere else to eat. Absolutely despicable- don’t stay at the hotel here if you were thinking of eating close by.

Was there on January 28, 2018. Service was extremely horrible. The gal asked what we wanted for out beverages when entering and 20 minutes later i was still sitting waiting for my water and hot chocolate. I had to find a manager initially who was in the back talking with other workers ( shooting the breeze) in order to have him find a waitress to clean a table so myself and another person could sit which he did ask a waitress than to clean the tables. Very bad experience especially after all the money that I donated. I was a guest of another person so I personally don”t have the card for entry unless with somebody who does have the card do to me going to harrahs or horseshoe. Wsitress never refilled water and I still left a tip. I wouldn”t recommend.

They have been getting worse on their menu and the food. They don’t even offer a online menu anymore. You call to ask what they are serving and they ask you to come in to find out. Like 90% of people are waiting for Omaha to open their casino and Ameristar will lose lots of their business.

Alls I have to do is just give her all of “Our” money (Her money, Im sorry, My Bad.!! Bc it’s not as if I do anything to help her in the supporting of this high priced, bad habitted place of The Worst! bad habbitted, habits.) EVER..!!
I mean, with the top notched services received in exchange for the everything “we” have/had once owned, that I’ve/We’ve paid into this place, in exchange for the monetary values, we have donated of “Our” moneys; WE have gotten,in return for the Metro area’s best, Non-Returning Call/Text – Elite Membered (consecutively yeared now) appointed Host/Hostest ( in which neither of us has yet to be seen with as to a in persons aspects, & for whats now been a good amount in a few years now not seen/met) to her for the best, NonReturning call/answering – No Jackpots Winner, lack luster complimentary services, “We” have received in return for “Our” investment into, (whats My Everything, as to what’s purely her everythings/everyways, way of enjoyment for her) which that has given back to us, as for in the returns aspects received back to myself by this establishment personels aspects customer service definitely is worth the 38’s free food & a free drink tokenal aspects of the pure Perk in the only thing that pays/calls back for the nothing now owned bc of this place in return for ALL of our money & we have given to them in exchange of food/ drink given back instead of exchange for her to have had received back, instead of actual big jackpot, or actual money, for participating in this establishments- Suck’ems Dry, opened ended & now empty pocketed aspects received as to “our” highly statuses Elite customers serviced status has been the 38 Club enjoyment I get out of it now bc the drive home hasn’t been a score for me anymore either so to how it was just going there ess a perk for Daddy to get some happy time afterwards as well….
But the Club 38, is the pays back I get everytime.!! Its a full belly worth (of what’s generally a good meal/good foods) & a 7&7 to drink, as the bill payed back for the everything I’ve been given in returns for the comforts of me/us at nights, all for us to live under another family members house & roof! This, as to what we have also given away our homes for this places non-returning aspects of big jackpot wins for her, NONE FOR ME NOJackpot/(s), NON- returned payments – payment back for US’s; “A” -.- NO call/text Host/(est) RETURNING ANY WORD for either of to have had received in return of all we have given, between the two of us, isnt worth it at all.!!! Except for the 38 to drown out all the sorry this place has given is instead of a reach around which is well now overdue!!
So Thanks 38, I get back in all, as to the received return of, a happy happy back to me, that has – in all now for a few years, HAS been played back Solely, in return by you – SOLELY Club 38 IS THE PAY!!! YA!!!
