I had the “Boe’s” wings and I was skeptical at first because of the atmosphere of the bar, but I was impressed by the wings! They were delicious and had a lot of sauce. I’m sure the owner doesn’t have enough money to give the bar a makeover and a road sign but I don’t mind because I went there for the food. Try the wings!

Tobey’s fish is the best!!! I also had Haluski, coleslaw and a roll. My only complaint is they ran out of Mac and cheese. I need to go earlier next time.

Great people, nice small spot to have a cold beer, and the bartender Brandi was awesome! She was so friendly and made me feel right at home. I will definitely be back!

The people that go there are great. The owner comes off as grumpy but he’s actually a really good guy. The have hands down the best fish around, but only on fridays. For me its personally 5 stars, but for a first timer/ no regular 3 stars is pretty fair.

Def dive bar vibe. Owner Tobey is a quiet, local country boy, laid back, salt of the earth kinda guy. 1st impression, he look like a “grumpy ol’ man” but he is far from! He’s got a quiet, come outta nowhere sense of humor that will zing ya right quick! Don’t judge a book by its cover! Wings are AWESOME! FRIES TOO!! He’s got malt vinegar in the back; just ask for it! He aims to please! Be respectful, be nice, you’ll have a great time! Best things about ANY dive bar: great food, great company! Worst things about ANY dive bar: old, appears dirty BUT ISN’T, duct tape fixes anything.
Clover is all that and MORE! POSITIVELY MORE! Wear your work attire, comfy jeans, etc. you’ll be happy!
If you’re looking for 5 star, boujee drinks, service/crowd, this is NOT the right place y’all! However, if you say: ain’t, fittin’ to, y’all, yins, cattywampus, or hankerin’ you’ll be in the right place!!
