What makes this place great is the owners. They greet you as soon as you walk in and they are super friendly. So the service is 5 stars, no doubt.
I’ve tried the Meatball sandwich, the French Dip, Italian Sub, and Turkey and Swiss. The Meatball Sandwich was a hit with my husband, he found it hearty and delicious. The French Dip had good flavor, a decent amount of meat and the perfect amount of Au Jus Dip. My kid enjoyed the Turkey and Swiss, it was simple but good. The Italian Sub was the most filling of them all. My only complaint is that the sandwiches are a bit on the small size, maybe i’m just used to Quiznos and Subway. The French Dip left me kinda hungry. If you have a hearty appetite you might need to order two and that would be kinda pricey for a one person meal.
This place is definitely good if you need a quick bit to eat, aren’t in the mood for dinner food which most restaurants in cloudcroft serve, and are looking for something lighter that won’t drag you down while hiking or exploring our beautiful village.
Oh and they have soft serve ice cream.

Wonderful sandwich shop in Cloudcroft NM. The whole town was magical,make sure to also stop and get some tea from the tea shop in town. Recommend the blueberry strawberry blend.

This was the absolute best place to stop after spending 2.5 hours hiking the Osha Trail. The food was fantastic. The staff was so friendly everyone said hello and asked how the food was. Phenomenal. Would go again!

Listen, that simply was the best sandwich experience we ever had. French Dip (with horseradish, don’t be silly) and Veggie sandwich with the soup of the day (chicken enchilada for us) brought us into culinary heaven! We were visiting white sands and initially drove to Cloudcraft for the hidden waterfall trail … decided to go eat a sandwich and drink a beer in town … did not regret it at all, can’t recommend enough that you do the same folks :-).
