Decent place to grab some Vietnamese food. The beef salad and beef banh mi are good. The chicken is alright in comparison. The beef salad could use a little less fish sauce to be better. Over all I would recommend this place. Price was normal for Viet food in this area. No wait for the table but there was a 10-20 min wait for food at the time we went.

The only positive I can say is that the drinks & appetizers were very good. Our meals were not delicious. We had Pork Pad Thai, Shrimp Pad Thai & another shrimp dish. The flavors were just off.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was awful. The curtains at our table were gross. The bathroom smelled like urine. I would not recommend Cloud 9. I really wanted to like this place but just didn’t enjoy it at all. Our bill was almost $100 which I have no problem spending if the food is good.

I absolutely love the blueberry monitor, watermelon, and strawberry lemonade! My kids usually get the honeydew milk, the strawberry breeze, and the slushies. We haven’t tried any drinks here in the last few months that we haven’t liked. They are all pretty good and tasty. Their decor is really pretty and inviting too. They have a nice amount of options, and you can dine in or take out since they have the restaurant for food as well. It’s in a shopping center, so there’s plenty of parking. Everything is made fresh, so it does take a little bit of extra time, so you may have to wait.

Flavors were lovely, generous portions, and all of the meats that came in the combination pho were delicious, probably the best I’ve had anywhere. Service is good too, and they have plants and an overall cozy environment which I love. The milk tea I got was very good too.

Today I went and ordered the same drink that always order and was given something different. They weren’t going to remake it. They finally remade it and then made something different again after several times telling them. This is not what I ordered. They do not remake. The cup busted out and was leaking everywhere and there was a big mess. I cleaned it up. No one offered to help me. I cleaned up the whole store with no help while the lady and man just stared at me. I am going to be contacting my bank to throw out the transaction as I did not receive the item that I purchased. I’ve been coming here for over a year and I have never received service like this, the staff that we’re working today that I have never met until today had terrible service. Mind you, I was in there for over 20 minutes until I even received my drink(that was the weong order). Usually it’s about a 5 to 10 minute wait today. It was well over twenty minutes… about 28 minutes. It’s very unfortunate, especially because I am a regular. I’ve been coming here at least twice a week sometimes three times a week and have always got the same order. I hope the owner reviews this complaint and has a serious talk with the staff.

My husband and I are from CA where there is no shortage of boba shops. After several failed attempts in finding a good local spot, we came here hoping for a place that can do refreshing tea drinks and small bites and they did not disappoint. The popcorn chicken could have been fried a little longer for crispiness but it was fully cooked and the spring rolls were PERFECT. They were flavorful and did not skimp on the ingredients. The drinks were also great and they have plenty of options for both refreshers and milk teas. Don’t waste your time going to Portland for good boba, this is the spot!! Bonus points for being super cute inside.

The last time I dined in, my friend and I had a bad service experience. She’d ordered a bahn mi and was brought a plain baguette. When she asked about her sandwich she was told “that’s what you ordered” and received a lot of attitude and pushback instead of her sandwich. It was unprofessional, but we let it go and my husband and I ordered delivery today, some months later.
Today I ordered the brisket pho, and while I was unpacking my food I found ANTS in my pho.
This used to be my favorite pho spot near my house, and idk what changed to make it go downhill, but I can’t go back to a place that gives me bugs in my food.

Yes! Excellent tasting Pho, superb Thai Tea. Reusable cup. All around a great experience on this one. I ordered kinda late via door dash, and to my surprise it came pretty quick to cascade station! Food was hot and tea was cold no I’ve hardly melted! To top it off, it was hand delivered by Jesus!!! 10 stars for this location and food! Thanks Jesus for the speedy delivery. Oh yea they used real chicken, not that round fake stuff!

I had the brisket pho and a secrete menu tea it was amazing the pho is the best I’ve had so far. the only down side is the restaurant is dirty just needs a good cleaning

Really great food and even better customer service! I’d suggest the fried rice’s and differnt pho’s they offer! For drinks their different smoothies and milk teas with tapioca pearls are super good! Their prices are actually really amazing for the quality they put out!
