Just an awesome human slinging awesome food.

I’m not exaggerating when I say it slapped harder than homesickness at 2 a.m. Juicy, bold, perfectly stacked — the kind of burger that makes you close your eyes for a second like you’re having a spiritual experience. If America had a culinary ambassador, this burger would run for office.

My husband and I were feeling a bit homesick after traveling from the states in Italy for two weeks and were desperately craving a burger. We found Cloud 59 and it was exactly what we needed to get us back on our feet. The burgers were cooked well and were juicy, and the ingredients mixed perfectly. We also had the hand cut fries which were awesome. Definitely stop in if you’re looking for a break from the typical Italian vibes.

We had so much pasta and pizza during our Tuscany trip and wanted to have something different and looked and looked and stumbled upon this cute restaurant
We all had Wicked Good Burgers and garlic fries and loved it.
Staff including owner was very friendly and gracious and offered us free limoncello after the dinner as well.
Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good burgers and fries.

Top 3 burger I’ve had and maybe the best lemon pepper wings I’ve ever tried. Owner/Workers are fantastic and the food holds up completely. Would give it six stars if I could.

We are visiting Italy from the states and have been here one and half weeks. Love Italian food but needed a hamburger. This was the best hamburger! I had it more like a steak and salad because of being gluten free. It was perfect. The owner had lived in the states ( heard a Boston accent) and we quickly became friends. I saw him leave the restaurant and go down the street. I had ordered a margarita and he was out of limes. Ran to the store to get some. What owner would do that and put that much effort for a lime and for a lady from Georgia. Alex did! And, his employee and long time friend, Slim, served us with such a heart to please us. We took pictures together and if you ever need a great meal and friendly faces…. Go to cloud 59

Best burger of my life!! And that’s saying something. We were visiting from Tennessee in the US. Met the owner Alex and had a great chat. My wife was craving something besides pasta and steaks and this absolutely hit the spot. You could tell the quality of the meat was top notch. Do not miss.

If you come to Florence you cannot miss this place! I had the lemon pepper chicken and it was so moist and flavored perfectly! I have never had fries as perfectly seasoned. My husband had a truffle burger. Highly highly recommend all the food!! We met the owner, Alex, and he is the most humble man and gave us a gracious italian hospitality! Definitely add this place to your Florence to do list!!

Small place, GREAT food! We went late, the place across the street was closing, a happy mistake One of us had Wild West burger, the other the Texan burger. Fries were hot, thin and nicely seasoned (salt and pepper). Onion rings are good too, not greasy. Overall for our first dinner out in Florence it did not disappoint.
