It’s a micro-pub that has been around for decades. The current owner, Tom, was an employee/bartender and bought the business about 8 years ago. Open only three evenings a week and subject to random closings. Ultra-local, most patrons stop by regularly after work or walk from the surrounding neighborhood.

Nothing like Close Quarters. I lived in Westlake for 2 years in 97-99. This was my favorite watering hole. The atmosphere was unlike any other place that I have been. I traveled throughout the Great Lakes. You feel like you are home with friends the first time you walk through the doors.
