I have fallen in love with this cafe. Owner is down to earth, genuine, very personable, witty, knowledgeable, and kind. He authentically cares about each customer and I respect the hell out of any owner who gets their hands dirty. I got the sandwich of the day combo (in-house smoked cubano) with the greek salad and macaroni salad as my two sides, and a large drip coffee. The sandwich was huge and so very tasty, being hearty but fresh and not too heavy (I didn’t take a picture because I inhaled it haha). The salads were a bit small but super fresh and delightful with a wee zing. Coffee is not bitter, flavorful, and tasty. Prices are very reasonable (just under $20 for it all) considering the average price in the area and amount/quality of the food. Overall great place that you should absolutely support! Also a small family business! I work across the street and will be frequenting from now on.

I enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich and side macaroni and potato salad. The chicken salad had slight heat to it, I think possibly cayenne. Would definitely come again.

Ordered ruben. They microwaved the meat and cheese. Small sandwitch for $13. Wanted to sit down, but chairs were up on the tables. Not sure why reviews are so high.

Ben is a wonderful manager. Great service, the hospitality is a rarity, and you feel as though you are a guest walking into a home kitchen. The manager special and turkey chili is the way to go.

Good sandwich BUT: very thin slices of tge bread and all the toppings and they only put the fewest of those slices on your sandwich. Same stinginess with the sauces. The pesto is not basil pesto but spinach pesto. No garlic either. My sandwich weighed maybe 3 or 4 ounces total. $14. Don’t come here if you’re hungry. Total rip off tourist trap.
