Cliffy’s Pub is exactly what it should be and does not pretend to be anything else, which I respect deeply in a world full of exposed brick liars.
The pours are nice, which immediately builds trust. You ask for a drink, you get a drink. Revolutionary. The BLT was correct. Crispy bacon, tomato that actually tastes like a tomato, no aioli with a backstory. Just a BLT doing its job. Also, they grill the bread.
Vibe is: unbothered pub energy. The kind of place where no one is trying to impress you, which somehow makes it more impressive. You can tell this place has seen things and survived, although it might be relatively new? Not sure.
Would I come back? Yes. Cliffy’s knows what it is, I don’t even have to tell you. A dream.

Cliffy’s is a great spot for a quick beer or two. Great Wednesday special on. 50 wings. Fun atmosphere. Could update and fix some things around the bar room. Sometimes customer service aka bartenders expect you to know about specials after you’ve had a long day of work. So in my experience service could be more welcoming and considerate.

Recently under new ownership by an awesome family we were able to meet while on a roadtrip across 4 states for my birthday. Glad we stopped in and looking forward to stopping in again whenever we make it back to New Hampshire. Friendly staff and good food! Glad we decided to try it out.

Conservative bar with townies galore. Food is awesome, service is great. Staff are on point, down to earth new englanders. Prices are excellent. Menu is broad for pub fare. Happy hour deals are also amazing. Love this place.

Steak and cheese came straight from Jerusalem as it ionized me from the inside out into a pillar of salt! Service was good local Brosans in the area we’re friendly, local veterans biker club in house and nice outdoor area with propane heaters, employees learned sign language for a local… that’s incredible what a community here! But fix that kitchen ha-ha.

Every time I walk through those doors….. it puts smile on my face. Everybody is polite and welcoming, and nobody stares at you like you’ve got 6 heads like some other random places here in town. Pool is free, food is awsome and very affordable (Cajun dry rub tenders…. try em) beers and mixers are awsome. Awsome place!! Keep up the good work.
