Cleve’s Gourmet Food Truck made to order Smash Burgers, including the original Oklahoma Smash, the jalapeno cream cheese Texas Smash. Mushroom Swiss Smash, and classic Old Fashioned Smash! Nathans Gourmet COLOSSAL Hot Dogs, Chili cheese dogs, Chicago, Frito-Pie Nachos and Gr We are Cleve’s Award-Winning Chili scratch made with fresh ingredients. Our side dishes consist of select Large Crinkle Cut Fries, Tater Tots, Onion rings and Homemade Potato Salad made from scratch! Milk shakes and cold drinks. The truck is located all the way in the back of the food truck court. There is a shaded pavilion with plenty of seating and entertainment, including corn hole, ping pong, foosball. The burgers, chili and hot dogs were all amazing! We are Texas natives and therefore by nature a picky lot when it comes to chili, but this stuff was the real deal. Dude makes his own spice mixes and hand cooks the chili by batch. So many options of delicious burgers and dogs as well. We tried a wide assortment of menu items across our family of five and everything was on point. Also, they were open on Christmas, which was quite clutch for us since we were wildly unprepared for how few places would be open. John and his wife Shellie were so kind and accommodating to us even though we were there just before closing time at the end of a very long day. Can’t wait to come back here again and if you’re in the area they are absolutely worth the stop.

My wife and I stopped here to grab an early dinner. The owners were hospitable and great to talk to. The food was fantastic! We each got a smash burger and split fries and a bowl of chili. The burgers were huge, the fries plentiful and they weren’t lying by calling their chili award winning! Everything was delicious! I’d eat it again!

We wanted to try Cleve’s due to the reviews and we were not disappointed. In fact, went back 2 days in a row. The burgers are great and the chili might be the best we’ve ever had. This will be our first stop the next time we’re in the area. Should also note, Cleve’s seasoning is really good. We came home with a bottle of each.

Disappointed with Incomplete Order and Poor Attention to Detail
I was really looking forward to trying Cleve’s Gourmet Foods, but unfortunately, my first experience left a lot to be desired. We placed a takeout order for a group, which included:
• 4 Old Fashion Smash Burgers
• 1 Texas Smash Burger
• 3 Baskets of Fries
• 1 Chili Cheese Fries
• 1 Chili Cheese Dog
Not only was one smash burger and the chili cheese dog completely missing from the order, but one of the burgers we did receive was made incorrectly, despite clearly stating customizations. Items we specifically asked to be left off were included, and other things were added that we never requested.
The most frustrating part? By the time we received our order, the food truck was closed, so there was no way to correct the mistakes or recover the missing food—even though I had paid for everything.
Between the missing items, incorrect order, and lack of accountability, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I won’t be going back again.

We stumbled upon this in the back of a little food truck cove. The service was excellent and we made great conversation about them being Chili Champs and then even gave us a sample of their chili which was perfectly flavored but only get if you can handle a kick too lol!
The fries and Oklahoma Burger were perfect and packed full of flavor. My only note is that it was on the pricier side BUT that is understandable from a small family run business in today’s economy. We would definitely come back next time we’re in town. Added to my local favs list now!

No joke, hands down, the best mushroom Swiss burger I’ve ever had in my life! Can’t wait to try the other burgers on the menu, so happy im a local and found this place in my area, vacationers should hit this spot most definitely.
