Willowick location. Food gets 1 ¹/2 stars for being technically edible The wings…just no. Sandwhiches are a joke. The pizza is just a sopping mess with a swimming pool of grease at the center. Are they putting the sausage on raw or something?

Placed an order at 5:45pm. We were given a 45 minute delivery time but after and hour we had yet to receive our order. Called the store to find out where our order was and was rudely told to call back in 7 minutes. Not, I’m sorry that your order is running late. Just call back if you haven’t received your order in 7 minutes. It’s been 1 hr and 15 minutes and we still haven’t received our order. We have ordered from this location several times but I believe this will be the last.

Disgustingly greasy. They must throw raw sausage on it because the crust was saturated with grease, as was the tissue paper underneath the pie and even the box itself. Absolutely gross. And their mushrooms, if you can call them that, are a sad joke. Their “mushrooms” are tiny little flakes, as if they try to see how many micro shavings they can get out of a single mushroom. Baffling.

This has been a go to pizza place for my family since we’ve moved to the area. We’ve had one hiccup with service, but the owner followed up immediately and made sure to provide us great customer service! Always great pizza and now I have a better feel for the expectations the owner holds for customer service and I appreciate that!

The Buffalo chicken pizza with mild marinate on the chicken and burnt river ranch as the sauce is amazing! If only the humans working wouldn’t screw it up. Now I have to go all the way to mentor just to ensure I actually get what I ordered. Lake shore location has gone downhill since Covid 🙁

Ordered two sheet pizzas for a party. Delivery was right on time and pizza was hot and fresh! I tried a couple pieces of the pizza. It was good. Reminded me of the old bigfoot pizzas pizza hut sold in the 90s.
