This was our first time trying Cleveland Pizza Co. We purchased 1 large Grilled Cheese Pizza, 1 medium Pickle Pizza, 1 Deep Dish Pizza, and 1 cinnamon bread sticks. The grilled cheese pizza was dry and disgusting. It hardly had cheese and was burnt with croutons on it. The crust was super hard and couldn’t eat it. The pickle pizza looked nothing like pictured, but it at least wasn’t dry. The deep dish was good, fortunately. The cinnamon breadsticks were gross, very thin and hard except for the outer pieces, again looking nothing at all like pictured. I was super disappointed. We spent around $60-$65 and it was not worth it at all. If you order from here, I highly suggest you check your food before you drive home.

Ordered the medium build your own pizza with Pep and bacon it was Awesome! Also got a Meat Stromboli with fresh Basil added and it was equally Awesome! Got side sauces I got the Cleveland pizza company Ranch and the Burnt River Ranch both sauces are Amazing! First time customer I will be back!

Dynamite pizza but I bought wings. And they charge for ranch. Thats uncalled for. They should at least throw one in. Even if they threw in a Small cup. That’s a turn off man. Beware, their online app may look likes it’s working but it might not be. I placed an order on Saturday night for Sunday afternoon pickup on their app and received a confirmation email. When we arrived to pickup the 3 sheet pizzas the girl working said we could not have placed the order because their server was down. I showed her the confirmation email and they still kept saying the server was down. They never apologized or tried to offer a solution. Only after I asked what can we do now, did they offer to make the pizzas right then but they would need my credit card. I showed her my credit card app where it clearly shows the charge, but they wouldn’t do anything unless I gave them my card. I left and will go to Jet’s pizza in the future. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
